notification of my parcel but no delivery details? Another email to Miss Poppy. l finally received my order on the 13th March only to find one pair waaay smaller than the other!! Also this pair was made of cheaper quality satin, no comparison to the other. Needless to say l will not be ordering from them again, and will find another stockist for Bridesmaids PJs for my daughter.

 Follow-up  · I believe Miss Poppy tried to ring me once, but heard nothing more. One pair of satin Pj's (rose) were of good quality and fit, but the black pair were very inferior. I am still very disappointed with my experience.

after posting my review, I was contacted by MissPoppyDesigns. They explained that some items I had ordered were out of stock, and this was the reason they were not sent. My order status, however, was appearing as complete, and tqo glasses which I had ordered (which hadn't arrived) were appearing as sent. MissPoppyDesigns requested that I select different items for my bridesmaid packs, which I did. I was told that if i waited for the items i had originally ordered, it would take much longer than the time i had (i was waiting a month by the time i received my order). However, upon their arrival, I was very disappointed. The headbands did not even fit on a child's head, let alone the bridesmaids I ordered them for and the replacement glasses didnt fit in the original boxes that I had ordered, meaning the gift had to be given in separate parts. Whilst the communication was good once I had posted the initial review, and replacement items were offered, I didnt get what I wanted for my bridesmaid gifts and this resulted in a stressful experience rather than the positive experience I was hoping for.

Order arrived late , after wedding. I gave the recommended time advised by website. Sizing is ridiculously huge XS fit large, im 178cm and the pjay top comes to my knees almost . Embroidery work on the pjays is messy and bunched up fabric around it . Would not recommend.

Poor product and horrible customer service – I ordered a customised veil, which arrived with off centre text and was entirely unusable. When I asked for a replacement they lied about sending one and deleted my review from their website. They now will not answer any emails about a refund. Edit: received an email response immediately after posting this review, even thought I’d been trying to sort this out for two months. They refunded me and asked me to remove the review.

Best bridal party Pjs – I bought the white silk pjs for myself and five pink pjs for my bridesmaids. They were extremely comfortable and made the best photos. Highly recommend! I also had Mrs denim jacket and it was the perfect fit.

No Item No Response – Very disappointed. Placed an order over a month ago with no communication once money has been exchanged. Very worried now looking at reviews online that I won't be receiving my item which was over $200. This was for a bridesmaid which is even more disappointing. Would just appreciate a response to my email enquiries at the very least.

than the first lot that were thrown out, the robes were perfect. I had to organise a courier to send them interstate to me and she was super helpful in making sure that went to plan. I cant say thank you enough. I highly recommend Miss Poppy design.

disappointed and lost money. The colour was NOTHING like the colour they advertised... i put this to the company and they finally got back to me after TWO WEEKS! They told me to send back- so i paid the $10+ for returns and now they say it never arrived in the post. i have tried contacting them MULTIPLE TIMES & they dont respond. As said above, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE, customer service is appalling as are their products!

Horrible customer service – Wrong size they sent to me. I ordered small they sent me extra large. Owner kept promising she will send parcel label but forgot everytime. DID NOT receive the diamante. I pursued a refund and low and behold I had confirmation the diamante was in the mail, no confirmation on when this was sent has been received but it was not in a timely manner. The customer service is appalling.

up again and also sent a polite DM to Miss Poppy’s IG amount.  No response.  
 I hopped online to the online chat to speak with “[Name Removed]” whom I’d spoken with two weeks ago re: the rose quartz gift set. I was on hold/online for 9-10 mins.  A friend of mine was sitting next to me & hopped online to see if the chat was working properly and surprise surprise, “[Name Removed]” was available immediately!  I typed an msg to let her know that it was me and that I was in fact, chasing up the delayed order.  
 The rude, aggressive and unapologetic replies that I began to receive were very surprising and uncalled for. I factually stated that their TOB’s had stated that delivery was within 2-12 days and I felt that there had been a lack of communication and would like to apply for a refund.   Not only was the refund (rudely) refused, “[Name Removed]” proceeded to lie and say the gift had already been dispatched (it hadn’t) & that delivery was within 2-12 “business days” only and they refused to do a refund. So basically, bad luck!

I can absolutely accept that June is a very busy time for personalised gift companies (weddings, birthdays etc) however the way that I was spoken to as a customer was so appalling and aggressive - it has still shaken me.
