I chose to buy from this company because they advertise extensively on Facebook, Instagram, and Google using the name “Missacc.au,” presenting themselves as an Australian-based business. This gave me confidence to proceed with the purchase, as Australia is known for strong consumer protection standards. Additionally, I selected the dress based on the images shown on their website, which presented a simple and elegant design — exactly what I was looking for for my wedding. However, the items I received are significantly different from what was advertised: * The dress is much larger than the custom measurements I provided * The sleeves are not lace as shown, but instead have sequins with excessive shine * The shoes I ordered in champagne color were delivered in a rose gold tone This is clearly a case of “item not as described.” I attempted to resolve this directly with the company, but they only offered partial refunds, discounts, or imposed unreasonable conditions such as return shipping costs, customs fees, and restocking fees, which I do not accept. I have lost trust in this seller and do not recommend them .

"Warning — do NOT buy from MISSACC. We paid $269 per dress and received items nothing like the photos. The hem/shape makes them impossible to walk in, the seaming is coming apart, and a professional tailor quoted $360 to fix them. MISSACC offered only $50 for alterations — insulting. My wedding is in 4 weeks; this has been a nightmare. Do your research and avoid this vendor."
