MKF roofing has just replaced my gutters would recommend them highly pleasant good job and price turned up when they said they would answered calls asap and cleaned up all their mess when they left …. I’m very happy customer.
Poor Workmanship and even Poorer Customer Service – Unfortunately, the roof tiling workmanship was overall poor - tiles were cemented into misaligned positions, many tiles were significantly chipped and cutting of tiles for the valleys was very crude. Very poor service and full excuses – Paid deposit to replace gutters and waited for 2 months to start job. Provided poor and partial job. Paid in full. Still chasing and he (the name is Alex Lin) still making excuses and false promises. Never ever use Roofing & guttering master. Now I had enough and decided to lodge a complaint in Consumer Affairs Victoria.

a VCAT magistrate hearing and lost due to poor workmanship and failure to comply with the contract warranty they offer. Despite of this, MKF Building Solutions still refuse to repair or refund any payment made to them. They will ignore all your efforts to communicate with them.
The VCAT judge also remarked that this business has changed its name a few times and list 4 different company addresses in the ASIC register so it is hard to send them notices.
