4 months and didn't even get what I ordered – I spent 4 months having to follow up email and ask what was happening with my chandelier I ordered. Just to have them lie and tell me that soon it would be shipped. Then I just get sent a refund notice without a explanation or a apology. Terrible service.

they simply stated that their guarantee is only valid for 30 days. This despite their invoice stating in bold lettering:

Money Back Guarantee We offer a Money Back Guarantee so you can rest easy. We make buying from MNMLST DESIGNS a total pleasure, if you are not happy then we are not happy either.

I am definitely not happy with this US$167 purchase and I would recommend that anyone considering buying from this company seriously reconsider.
