- Very small
Really kind customer service but even after being told by the company that they are large-chest-friendly, none of their items are. Luckily their new shirt is gorgeous so I returned the swimsuits and got that instead but still disappointed as I believe they aren’t transparent about how inclusive their sizing actually is. Actually so disappointed, as a brand that rants and raves about inclusivity and the large fits more like a small is beyond a joke! I’m a D cup, have other brands in a L/XL, I got one top in a L and one in an XL and neither of them fit, the large bikini is smaller than my hand and the XL is the same. For the price I expected way better quality. Show details
Let the judgement rain down on all who I see as small – This brand needs a new media and marketing manager, pronto. rude, aggressive, obnoxious, etc. Rather than using this opportunity to improve awareness, and listen to their customers ( and everyone is a customer), the brand has chosen to be rude to their customers who feel unsure in that moment about how they feel. I would suggest to the brand, that it if they are going to challenge this social space, they educate themselves how to professionally handle comments that are deemed challenging. I won't be buying from this brand not because I care if a man is wearing a bikini ( I was raised in musical theatre since I was 3yrs old, I'm now 35) but because I don't believe in a brand heckling their customers.
