Best repair job with competetive price – Replaced broken screen for both mine and my wife's S7 Edge phones. They were the cheapest of the places I enquired. Finished the job within couple of hours. The job is done at the shop front so, no worries about dodgy practices. The guy was friendly and courteous. Conveniently located inside Greenwood Plaza, North Sydney and definitely would recommend them for any phone repairs.

Seek Alternative Repairers – I recently had to send my phone away under a warranty repair - so I had no option to use these people. Everything was fine for the first 2 days but then it all went belly up. What's wrong with it, nothing, software update - i could do that myself.Another week passes with no notifications, again I hassle them - it's being sent out tomorrow (friday). Monday comes no phone. I then get an email to ask me to please send my phone in for repairs!!! I rang them - email was a mistake - but phone was sent out Friday at 5.20. said would ring me back in a few minutes with tracking number. Half an hour later I rang again. ..was told I would be emailed tracking number. It finally comes 3 hours later - when I checked it Australia Post received the package Monday at 2.25..Liars telling me it was posted Friday!!!

Don't always answer emails, don't phone you back, lie and don't keep you updated.
