couldn’t be placed in the skip were clear and easy to follow. Having the skip delivered and collected for me made the whole clean-up process much easier.

One feature I particularly appreciated was the secure lids, which could be closed and locked to prevent neighbours or passers-by from dumping their rubbish in the bin.

Overall, a professional, convenient and reliable service. I would happily use Mobile Skips again and recommend them to others.

Careful not to fill the skip, or else you may get an extra sizable charge for going over weight. It's in the small print they say. Also... I wish they would take me off their mailing list. I emailed them requesting this but they won't do it, so now I have more junk mail in perpetuity.

The process was extremely convenient being able to pick up the skip bin immediately from Bunnings up the road from me. Nathan was great to deal with in coordination collection of the full skip and managed to be efficient with a tight deadline of other trades needing access. Danyell was amazing. From when we first booked we got notifications to let us know what to expect & when. Not only did they drop bin off to suit us but we also rec'd some gardening gloves & a penalised note. Lovely. Pick up was the same, great comms and offered to help us in any way needed to suit us! Bin didn't show up – I booked a bin for first thing in the morning and because it wasn’t going to arrive in the allocated time I requested for a discount as I only have 1 day to do the job but the owner Andrew Maher decided to cancel the job.

Excellent mobile skip bin – Excellent way to have a skip bin. I towed it home (but I could have had it delivered). Was then greatly disappointed to be told I was over the weight limit 5 days after they took it and charged another $100.00. They did not send a weight certificate??? The bin wasn’t 3/4 full. Probably filled it with their own rubbish and I paid for. Will never use again!!! Show details

Dont trust Skip Bins they are scammers – Well when you order the bin and you are not a tradie or cant predict weight you should be well informed of the weight limit. Not be told over the phone the bin comes with 1000kg but not be told anything over the 1000kg will have penalties or that their skips are not allowed to carry over 1000kg even though the skips are large enough for… Read more

basically light crap only. My bin was ordered for a bathroom reno. Tiles and bricks. Had they been honest and up front about skip bin and weight excess I would not have chosen them. But after they take my credit card and tell me all is good for bathroom reno and never explain 35 cents per kilo overweight excess, I was hit with a 231 dollar bill. They also take this money without your permission. You explain the situation but I highly recommend you do not use Mobile Skips if you have any bathroom reno. I wasnt able to put in my shower my spa the basin and toilet into the bin and i was overweight by 600kgs. I would have another 250kgs to 350kgs left when my tiler finishes. How on earth these guys are allowed to get away by just taking your 500 dollars without being upfront is my issue. The terms and conditions were sent to me after making payment in an attached email which showed the cost. They claim I should have read it before the delivery. Well its a bit hard when you book it and get the paperwork after the fact and were never told the weight excess during the booking call. The Terms and conditions should be explained before the booking which is my major gripe. Find any other skip business and you will have no weight limit nor the 2 days fill it up and see you later excuses I got or the penalty was another 15 dollars a day. This was provided to me over the phone. Funny the cheaper section was provided but not the weight excess.

Prompt delivery, fantastic customer service - delivered where I wanted it and collected without needing to be on site, nice large easy to use skip and best of all lockable! No issues whatsoever and would happily use again! Show reply

I cannot recommend Mobile Skips highly enough for their excellent customer service. We have used MS a few times and have never had even the slightest complaint. The bin was delivered and positioned exactly as requested within an hour of booking online. throughout the entire booking period. MS kindly extended its use through the weekend so we managed to have at least one clear day to load it up. They picked it up with no problems. A couple of hours later, my teenage daughter realised that some of her saved notebooks had been thrown out. I called straight away and they checked to see if it had been emptied and thankfully we were able to get the items back. They even dropped them off. We were very lucky. We will definitely use MS again and recommend them to anyone who needs to clear out a bit of space.

So easy and secure. Drop off and pick up smooth as. Love it because I can climb in and sort as I stack to ensure maximum usage. Security is a big plus. Nothing worse than getting up the next morning to find your skip filled with everyone else’s rubbish which you pay for! Show reply
