Absolutely perfect for what I needed. Communication was excellent from time of booking through drop off and pick up. They were unable to meet my initial drop off time however they were good a resolving a new time and service was excellent. The whole process was easy from booking the right skip, to delivery and pickup. The most efficient way to clear out the house of old items, damaged items, green waste, left over building materials. This franchise owner was an absolute fraud. I booked a small skip online, it wouldn’t accept payment, so the operator called me. She took my credit card details supposedly on a secure line and I didn’t know they would store them on their system. credit card. An hour later I get a text from this franchise owner saying oh your bun was very full I had to charge you more. I never authorised it, there was no line on the bin saying where to fill to and in fact I was never told by the operator I could only fill it a certain amount. I text the franchise owner and he was so rude and the operator said he should have asked before charging my card. So many issues, they jelly my card on file without my authority, they never told me I could only fill a certain amount (very deceptive advertising as it was less expensive than other skips but they clearly do this knowing they will then charge you more!) and the owner was so rude. I asked them to refund my card as I never authorized this and got no reply. Do not use this company they are terrible.

accumulation of old hardware and handyman "stuff" in the garage, to a huge accumulation of old unused household goods ranging from old clothes to books, VHS tapes, bits and pieces of miscellaneous computer gear, and other "stuff" that seems to accumulate over the years at the bottom or back of cupboards, under stairs etc.
I ordered a 1-tonne mobile skip for delivery on a nominated date. It was duly delivered on time, and parked where I wanted it. While they can be parked out on the street (includes a locking mechanism so that neighbours cannot also dump their stuff in it), in our case it was possible to have the mobile skip parked right beside our front door which made for easier access, bearing in mind the innumerable trips we had to make to the skip with more and more of our accumulated "stuff".
A 4 cubic metre 1-tonne skip seemed more than adequate for our needs, yet we easily filled that skip over the two days we had it, and we will probably need to go another round with maybe a half-tonne skip around the time we actually move house to dispose of any leftover "stuff".
We are very happy with the delivery and pickup service provided, and will probably use it again at the time of our move. Thoroughly recommended.
Postscript: We did use Mobiie Skips a second time over the weekend of our house move, to handle the final cleanout of our departing house. Delivered on time, in fact delivery was delayed by 12 hours at short notice, at my request due to last minute house moving delays. Very happy with this second service, as with the first.

Terrific ontime delivery & collection,franchisee better to deal with than main call centre due to cheaper rates/ deals after I ran out of time & kept extending which then blew out cost but preston agents very good to deal with. Hack 1 is chop or place small items first to fill all corners and 2 get help or make a huge pile b4 booking in case u run out of time carrying stuff from house. recommend. Skip bin on wheels so no permits required. Can be parked anywhere you tell them to. Respectful and follow directions very well. They treat your property with respect and kindness. and price. Also be aware that if you pay with card, there is a hefty Card Fee which I was not told about, and it cost me an Extra $12.75. So, I contacted Geoff Brannelly (He is the Gentleman who looks after my area) Directly and he fixed everything up. Helpful beyond measure. Dan was lovely and made things so easy! I thought we needed one skip: turns out we needed three. Dan booked the second one for me at the double-skip rate, then when I asked for a third at 3pm on a Saturday, he guided me through how and where to get one. or on the lawn, and Dan did all the manoeuvring. Best of all, because they come with lids and locks, no one can fill up your skip with their junk while you’re not looking. By comparison, a few weeks prior, I had booked 1800-got-whatever, who cancelled on me, 30 minutes prior to the arranged time. This was after two calls during the week to confirm timing, and no conversations about the volume of stuff I needed to get rid of. They cited at cancellation that it was an all day job. (For reference, it took about 2 hours to fill three Mobile Skips, so definitely not a full day job.)
