Best Travel Agent – Carine Boost absolutely the best travel agent. Disappointed – Agent changed agreed hotel bookings without consulting us just a sample of stuff ups and did not use land tour operator we requested again no consultation with us. Shame our experience of the particular agent we used reflects on other travel agents within this organisation. I would never recommend MTA because no one takes responsibility for agents incompetence. Show details

One of the best – MTA Mobile Agent Allison Hodge, organised all of our travel arrangements down to a tee, our trip was hassell free, hotels, transport, transfers, all our paper work set out so clearly and all in a nice pouch. Unethical travel operator – This organisation does not take any responsibility for the unethical behaviour of any of their franchisee. getting out of office emails telling me the consultant would be away for a month! I did not have tickets and was due to leave in a week!! Then the consultant emailed me to say I was not a good fit for her business! Following some input from the central office, she rang and was more conciliatory. The next problem arose a month later for the other 2 cruises I had booked with her a year earlier. Again she did not want to call but emailed me to say that I owed the cruise company 50% of the total fares I had yet to pay and that constituted my cancellation fees…..$4200!!! In fact I did not owe the cruise company anything; they had my deposits which they kept. It appears she wanted me to go ahead and pay so she could keep the money for canceling. She had never told me at any point that her cancellation fees were $4200 but lied to MTA about her actions and MTA response was “our franchisee are free to charge whatever they like” ! So much for a code of ethics and good practice!! NEVER AGAIN

Do Not Use Mta Travel - Useless And Unprofessional – Tickets were booked back in February 2022 for an international family holiday. E tickets even emailed….. contacting the tour service directly. The accommodation that she suggested was perfectly placed and appropriate for our family - easily accessing sites, transport and supermarkets. She was also extremely accessible while we were away via the invaluable app, and helped to address slight glitches while we were away.

Janelle certainly gave us confidence that we could just relax and enjoy the journey. We can't thank her enough.

More of a stress to use than to do yourself – Our person provided disgraceful service in NE Melborune.  She made errors, did not provide complete or comprehensive information nor was she very timely. book everything ourselves than sift through what was provided to us.   Would never use or recommend, turned the lead up to our holiday in to a headache where we were not even sure that things were actually booked and would stay booked for us.
