Bad post sale costumer service
Please note that this complaint is focused on the service provided by Mobvoi after I have purchased the smartwatch (Ticwatch C2+), not on the product itself. As I still did not receive it, I have no idea if the product is good or not...
On the 29/08/2020 I have purchased the watch through their website. At that time the transaction went smoothly and I was expecting to receive it at my place in 1-3 business days as per their website info.
As on 06/09/2020 I had not received any word on whether it has been shipped or not (I was supposed to rec...eive an email with the tracking number), I have sent them an email asking about the estimated delivery date. The one and only email that I have received from them stated that the watch was currently out of stock. They asked if I minded to wait it be re-stocked, but didn't give me an estimated date on when this would happen. Since then I have tried to contact them twice responding to that email and once through FB (they don't have a phone that we can call from AU), and only silence... I simply asked when it is going to be re-stocked and what is the estimated date for delivery and, if it will take too long, I have asked what is their policy for refund. I don't know what will happen, but based on the lack of communication, I must say that my experience with Mobvoi hasn't been great. Based on this experience I would not recommend anyone from Australia purchasing their products.
