MOBVOI do not do warranty of there products – Had purchased a Ticwatch Pro 5 Feb 2024, really only used for gym. Never did any swimming with it or shower even as it is rated water proof. placed a warranty claim in to Mobvoi which started a mile long email of photos of proof of purchase..photos of it not working ..voltage measurement of the charger cradle, luckily I work with electronics. Then after all that did not cover the warranty yet they manufactured this product So anyone who wants to purchase this from Mobvoi have that in mind before clicking the submit button. They do not care about any warranty claims...

Poor Customer Service & Electronics Don't Function As Advertised – I have both both watches and Bluetooth headphones from this brand. The value versus the function for not match. are disrespectful and do not attend to customer service. I

They rip you off by sell their products for over hundreds of dollars but they don't function as advertised. The products are not worth it and you are better spending your money elsewhere. Save yourself the time and headache

and I was expecting to receive it at my place in 1-3 business days as per their website info.

As on 06/09/2020 I had not received any word on whether it has been shipped or not (I was supposed to receive an email with the tracking number), I have sent them an email asking about the estimated delivery date.

The one and only email that I have received from them stated that the watch was currently out of stock. They asked if I minded to wait it be re-stocked, but didn't give me an estimated date on when this would happen.

Since then I have tried to contact them twice responding to that email and once through FB (they don't have a phone that we can call from AU), and only silence... I simply asked when it is going to be re-stocked and what is the estimated date for delivery and, if it will take too long, I have asked what is their policy for refund.

I don't know what will happen, but based on the lack of communication, I must say that my experience with Mobvoi hasn't been great. Based on this experience I would not recommend anyone from Australia purchasing their products.
