Poor durability quality. Unwilling to resolve under warranty – Within 3 weeks the screen cracked without any incident. They initially replaced under warranty. The replacement watch same thing happened within 2 weeks. They refused to repair, replace or refund under warranty. Very poor durability for a watch at this price point. And poor after sales service, and they don't seen to pay any attention to the rules of the ACCC, as support team seems to be based overseas. Show details

excellent with 2-3 days if use without using Essential Mode. Build quality cannot be faulted and beautiful in its design. Biggest let down and a massive one is the fact it will not work with Google Assistant. Sadly a known issue by Mobvoi who have no solution at this stage . Until this issue is rectified I would not recommend anyone buy the TicWatch Pro 3 as it is pretty useless.
