Poor durability quality. Unwilling to resolve under warranty – Within 3 weeks the screen cracked without any incident. They initially replaced under warranty. The replacement watch same thing happened within 2 weeks. They refused to repair, replace or refund under warranty. Very poor durability for a watch at this price point. And poor after sales service, and they don't seen to pay any attention to the rules of the ACCC, as support team seems to be based overseas. Show details

Faulty watch after 15 months – Watch comes up with an error after 15 months and will not reboot to fix error.Comes up reading Sorry, an unknown error occurred [G524292].Made by mobvoi.com based in Hong Kong, only offer to sell new watch at a discount. Cost $400 au dollars, should be covered under Australian Consumer Law but company refuses to cover it and gets away with it because they are based in Hong Kong.Covered by 1 year warranty ,but is covered by 2 year warranty in EU. Show details

excellent with 2-3 days if use without using Essential Mode. Build quality cannot be faulted and beautiful in its design. Biggest let down and a massive one is the fact it will not work with Google Assistant. Sadly a known issue by Mobvoi who have no solution at this stage . Until this issue is rectified I would not recommend anyone buy the TicWatch Pro 3 as it is pretty useless.
