Mobvoi TicWatch Pro 3 Ultra GPS

IP68 rating my [Word Removed] – I purchased the watch on October the 30th and on the 6th of December I raised a warranty ticket. This was due to the battery life suddenly becoming drastically reduced i.e. 100% charge = less than 24 hours. They advertise it meets meets the 801g Military spec, so it can handle harsh conditions across a wide range of outdoor activities and keep ticking.
Buried in the FAQs after you have already clicked on the purchase button, 'Not suitable for bathing showers, scuba diving, water skiing, various wading activities and deep water activities with high-speed water.'
I was informed that because I took a shower with the watch, that is high speed water and there is no warranty repair or replacement. IP68 rated devices can be submerged in water at a depth of 1.5 meters for 30 minutes but Mobvoi state you can't take a shower.
They will not replace it nor even repair it under warranty. What a piece of junk and I regret purchasing it. Didn't even make it two months before failing miserably.
Great idea, terrible execution. All those reviewers on U-Tube should be ashamed of themselves for even reviewing this poor product. Seeing all those reviews led me to believe it was a reasonable, reliable, affordable product. All just lies.
