Ordered 2 pairs of shoes $175-00 AUD. Never received them. A person called Claire kept sending me emails that the good were on way. ABSOLUTE SCAM. A can't rate them because it was so bad. Its just a very pretty website designed to take your money.
Would not buy from Moda Melbourne again. Poor quality, sizing inaccurate, colours not as shown on website. Will only accept returns at customer expense - back to China. Will only refund 10% of cost, even when product is faulty.
These shoes are very comfortable for daily wearing, but certainly aren't suitable for jogging/running Show details
Scam site.... products are rubbish. Do not refund even when they send defective product. AVOID at all costs. Show details
Ordered 2 shirts, but never received them. Was given the run around about the items being dispatched for delivery. Asked to cancel my order and have my money refunded, was told they wouldn't (contrary to their terms and conditions on their site - which said I could cancel if the item hadn't been shipped) as the items had been dispatched for… Read more
delivery, however the courier tracking number provided shows no items had even been picked up for delivery. I was scammed. I assumed I was dealing with an Australian business (as Melbourne was in the name and they listed an ABN), but I didn't see this business' terrible reviews until it was too late, and the ABN is registered to a massage parlour.
Avoid this online company - hopeless – What a hopeless online company. Multiple excuses regarding shipment. All lies. Took 8 weeks to arrive and then the product was flawed and nothing like what was ordered. Stay clear of their scams and advertising. Show details
Avoid this company at all costs – Worst online experience ever I ordered men’s shoes size 9.5 with confidence as I have previously ordered multiple pairs of shoes from different stores without issue, shoes arrived and were at best a size12 this company REFUSED to refund me and would NOT accept return and only way to resolve it was blackmail me to pay an outrageous shipping cost… Read more
for replacement pair. This replacement pair then took over 10 weeks to arrive, to top it off Temu sells same shoes for a quarter of price they advertised.
Never arrived. They didn't even stock the product – Ordered 3 shirts in Early December hoping to get them for Christmas but still haven't arrived. Doubt they ever will. Complete scam.

Poor Quality Products – I ordered a cross over dress and an ankle boot from Moda Melbourne and I am very disappointed with the quality of both items. Both products does not match the description on the website as they are absolute poor quality. I contacted the shop for a refund and was told I needed to pay to send it back to somewhere in Asia or accept 20% of my purchase… Read more
price. Also, the name of the store is deceptive because one would think they have a store in Melbourne. Please avoid this seller. I have attached some photos of the products I received.
Appalling – Today I finally received a parcel containing three shirts.. Very exciting given that I had waited exactly one month today for delivery of something that should have taken a few days. Only one troubling issue, I have no idea who these tiny little shirts are meant for. In looking at the product it would appear that they are all size “S” and I am a… Read more
size “XXL” They are, in fact so small that my smallest grandchild would struggle with these garments. This is infuriating, the fact that I have had to have to wait for a whole month to be provided with excuse after excuse on delivery is galling enough, but then to have the wrong size for that which was ordered is exasperating. In going back through an early email confirmation provided by MM, it would appear that despite my requesting XXL when purchasing, the email confirmation of that order came back as an S which I didn't pick up, so I guess that will be enough for MM to disqualify any refund or return, as this will undoubtedly be used as a defense in some half-assed caveat emptor claim. I will state categorically that this ie NOT what was ordered how this was changed, I don't know, nor longer care. So now, I am out over $AU130 for a very low-quality product that was deceptively portrayed and incorrectly sized by their system. I am genuinely appalled by the number of cowboy operators on the net and will make it my mission to promote this outrageous experience to those who need to be provided with greater protection.
Not Melbourne. Not a good product. Pay to return products to China – The product is not well made. It is Not orthotic. They are NOT a Melbourne based company. They require you to pay for return of your goods to China for a refund. They ask you to be sustainable and pay for return of your goods. They appear to be playing on Vegan - but its just not leather.
I am still awaiting my parcel ordered 8/11/24 – I have not yet received my parcel but was hopeful as tracking was provided up until they transferred the parcel once it reached Australia to Couriers Please who emailed saying it had been delivered. I have proof that it was never delivered via security cameras. They had refused to contact Couriers Please saying I should contact them myself which I… Read more
have not been able to do. Moda Melbourne have since said they will look into the matter further and I am waiting to hear from them and will give an update of the result when/if it eventuates.
Scammed – Rubbish cheap clothing, I bought from Cedar & Lily Brisbane but that was false, started getting emails from Moda Melbourne. Order took 2 weeks to arrive. Clothes were terrible, cheap and tiny sizes. Attempts to return have been comical. Beware! Show details

Scamner alert – Moda Melbourne....I believe they are SCAMMERS. I have sent multiple emails querying the whereabouts of an order, however there have been no replies. Other reviews indicate the same theory and their courier is based in China...not Australia Post as would be expected Potential customers please beware....this company is NOT a Melbourne based company. . The name is definitely misleading
SCAMMERS – Deceptive webpage. The business is overseas not in Melbourne. The clothes are cheap polyester knock offs of fashion copied from legitimate sites. Sizes are totally inconsistent and in some cases, even the style is different from the photo. When complaining their clothes are not as advertised, they refuse to pay return mail (to China!). terrible – no response to numerous emails regarding delivery of my order which was placed two weeks ago.
Another Temu look-a-like selling Chinese rubbish – This company pretends to be a Melbourne based on-line trader, but unfortunately it's just another Chinese direct-from-warehouse trader. It is replete with Temu-like poor quality items, and disregards the Australian Consumer Law when its items are faulty, not true-to-size or not as described. Moda Melbourne tries to make customers foot the cost of shipping their faulty products back to mainland China. Don't fall for their tactics.

Moda Melbourne – Purchase this from my wife, I was a little bit sceptical at the start as after I purchased, I thought it was a scam site. Moda Melbourne is not in Melbourne Australia the item came from China, it took 15 days. I received many updates on delivery, and was very happy with the end result and so with my wife.
