My sister bought some dresses from here for her wedding recently. I believe customer service was fine. In terms of quality though it was very average. The dresses cost $150 and the material felt super cheap. It was also an absolute magnet for fluff- just touching something would cause it to transfer all the fluff/ fine bits of material onto the… Read more

dress. Additionally the one size fits most is misleading, another member of the bridal party who's a size 8 had to buy a child's size so the dress didn't fall down.

Now, this could be more of a review of the style of dress rather than the shop but half the "99 ways" to tie it are completely impractical. A bunch look good if you stand perfectly still then immediately come undone once you start moving. The more practical styles also slip and slide due to there being no structure of the dress other than a super loose waist band which also sags once you tie to top in place. Out of the 4 bridesmaids, only 1 didn't have to spend the night constantly re-adjusting the dress so that bras didn't show/ it didn't come unwound. Super annoying and for the payoff of a very average looking piece of clothing. I for one never plan on wearing the dress again because I might just destroy it out of frustration.

The dress is just awful. It's a cheap cut and sewn terribly, the fabric clings to absolutely every curve on your body and makes it difficult to hide lumps, bumps and cellulite. Even wearing seamless underwear or Spanx, which cannot be hidden under the material, it shows through. I ordered the Black classic infinity dress, and it was completely… Read more

see-through!!!! I sent that back and we opted for the luxe satin in Dark Eucalyptus. The material is terrible, it clings and it catches on jewellery. I now have little catch / pull marks over the dress and cannot return it These dresses are all raw cut and there's no hem on the dress either. Very poorly made ! The tube top curls up due to the cut. The tube top does not fit someone who is 6 foot tall with a long torso If you are a naturally large bust DO NOT ORDER THIS DRESS, you can't get away with not wearing a Bra as your breasts will look like melons in stockings. Such a waste of money. I actually cannot wait to throw this thing in the bin after the wedding I'm attending

Title: Misleading “$100 Gift” Offer – Massively Disappointed & Wasteful I spent over $1000 at Model Chic, placing multiple orders over $300, based on their promotion: a $100 surprise gift with each qualifying purchase. That was the whole reason I chose them over a competitor. What did I get? The exact same “surprise” gift every single time,… Read more

featuring cheap, bridal-themed items — including things labeled “bride” with zero context or care. That’s not just disappointing, it’s thoughtless. What if these outfits were for a funeral, or another serious event? Who thought it was okay to assume my life context and slap bridal merch into every box?

The gifts themselves don’t e add up to $100. The whole promotion feels misleading at best, and environmentally careless at worst. Repetitive, unwanted junk is not a “gift.” There are many low priced items listed on their website they could have included instead of making plastic rubbish.

When I contacted support, I was met with a polite brick wall. “It’s pre-set, no substitutions, no credit, no flexibility.” I asked to escalate — the answer didn’t change. Just a suggestion to return everything — as if that’s a reasonable “solution” after choosing dresses for a specific event.

I wouldn’t be writing this if the company had simply acknowledged the issue and offered anything resembling fairness. But instead, it felt like they were hiding behind policy instead of valuing a customer who spent over a thousand dollars in good faith.

Model Chic: if you want return customers, start by respecting the ones you already have.

The dresses are nice however we ordered matching groomsmen accessories and the colour between the two products was totally different! The order was placed in December and I'm still waiting for a refund (it's now April). The customer service is appalling, weeks go by with no contact, the replies almost seem computer generated as they don't answer… Read more

the stated questions. Going round in circles with this company and am growing ever concerned that I won't receive my refund for their falsely advertised product. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!

for the dress but they have only refunded $14.95 postage from original postage and not the refund for the dress of $125.95 which includes shipment. They won't provide invoice to prove it they won't investigate. Be careful buying from Model Chic be prepared for issues. I will be doing a formal complaint to Police as I believe I have been scammed me out of my $125.95 which includes shipment

Excellent customer service and professionalism by Sarah – Excellent customer service. My daughter accidentally ordered wrong size dress for her graduation ceremony, was sad. But Sarah helped us through the process and all sorted out. My daughter is very happy and received her dress. Thanks for your excellent customer service and professionalism. She will definitely order again. Thank you Sarah again

BEWARE – Dress arrived, the colour was completely different to what was on the website! Also the one size fits all is a lie. The dress was huge & would be way too big for my bridesmaids. I sent the dress back after only trying it, in original packaging and postage that I paid for & THEY DONT OFFER REFUNDS! Just a stupid store credit when I will not be… Read more

buying anything from their website! Stay away from this store. Times are already tough as it is, and this company thinks it’s ok to take peoples money, when most people will shop elsewhere when they are not satisfied with your product!! BEWARE.

Tacky – Velvet option cost 200 dollars and you get 25 dollars worth of un hemmed material.. for the price I payed I would have been expecting something with a little more quality about it.. also purchased the under tube top which was just a square sewn together, could have got a better quality product of shien. Show details

Cheap fabric, uneven seams, no returns allowed – The dresses are made of cheap clingy thin fabric, the seams are uneven. Very poorly made, not fit for bridesmaids dresses. THEY DO NOT ALLOW REFUNDS so good luck if you get the wrong size or don't like the fit or quality (spoiler: you won't).

Inifinity Dress – The website layout is great. Postage and updates were quick. The dress however is cheaply cut and sewn, the fabric is slinky and clingy which makes it difficult to hide lumps, bumps and cellulite. Even with seamless underwear or spanx which also shows through the material. It is see-through so if you are going braless (which is the easist way to… Read more

wear this dress) you will need nipple covers. It's all raw cut, the tube top curls because of this. The dress is loose and tied with ruching so the curling for the rest of the dress is not an issue. I dont recommend for a naturally big bust. Has potential, maybe there luxe and velvet material options work better.
