Excellent Customer Service - Modern Home Living – I ordered a Love Garden Seat online from Modern Home Living. In less than a week I had received my order as indicated on the Modern Home Living web site. While assembling the seat, I identified a fault with one of the pieces. I contacted Modern Home Living using their contact number (available on their web site) where I received a very positive and supportive response. I was asked to provide some pictures and notes via email so that the issue could be addressed with the supplier. It was less than a day after I had provided this information that I received a response from Modern Home Living first of all apologising for the faulty piece and then to offer me a replacement item or a refund, with no requirement to return the original Love Seat. I thought this was outstanding customer service because of the friendly and supportive response to my phone call, the speedy response to my email and finally because of the options I was provided to satisfy my inquiry. I would have no hesitation in recommending Modern Home Living to other buyers and I will have no hesitation in purchasing from this company in the future.
