Don’t touch this mower! It has worked about twice without stopping since we bought it over a year ago and we haven’t been able to get in touch with a single person for the last 2 months to assist. Automated phone line and emails and they never call or email back! Absolute waste of money!
It worked fine for a year. After sales service absolutely shocking. Took 4 months and several emails for them to finally send me a new cutting disc. Then it broke down. My questions were never answered. Still waiting after 4 months. Have dumped this robot mower and bought a new one from a REPUTABLE dealer
Follow-up · Replacement part worked fine. After a few months machine broke down again. Tried to make contact. But again no reply. This piece of junk is now on the scrapheap and i bought a different one of a reputable local dealer
The product is great but terrible customer service. This has changed from years ago when the after sales service was perfect. Not sure what had changed with them
Good product, however parts and service has been very disappointing. They keep giving excuses for the delay in parts, they expect you to fix the parts yourself and even with so much information given, they get the parts wrong too. Because of this incompetence, I would recommend not buying this product at all and have tried to explore my options with Consumer Affairs Victoria as they have been very misleading with their service.
Good until it’s not – Terrible after sales support. Works well, until is doesn’t. If you contact them you won’t get a reply. Purchased a replacement part, hasn’t been sent, no communication. Look elsewhere.
Moebot after sale service – Do not buy this as the after service is no good. Was promised prompt service but when I needed it all fails. Need a buyer for mine

Needless to say that wasn't the case. Around a month later I called them and they couldn't even find my repair ticket; after a while they found it and they said they're waiting for a shipment of spare parts in the following week or so and that I should receive the robot back shortly after. It's now been another three weeks and nothing yet, they're not responding to e-mails either. Cannot believe the lack of customer service, never seen anything like it. Pity, because the product is decent when it works, actually it works really well. But to be honest, I wouldn't buy again, too big a risk.

way. From reading the instructions, I expected it to mow for an hour, go back to charge, mow for another hour, go charge again, etc. Instead, I sat for hours, watching this little thing trundle around the backyard, back and forth and up and down in all random directions. I think it goes for 5.5-6 hours before going back for a charge, then it has a rest and comes out for another hour or so. It seems to be set up to automatically come out and start mowing at 9am. I didn't have to program it to do anything - just hit start and off it went.
Let me tell you, this is one of those things that you buy, and just about every time you look at it, you think, "Man, that was money well spent!". I have not mowed my lawn in about 9 months, and it looks magnificent. Yes, I do still have to get the whipper-snipper out and do the edges, but I haven't had to break out the lawn mower once. It's not a gimmick and it's not a novelty product. It is a real, working lawn mower that keeps my grass looking great.
A couple of things to be aware of, though. For the first couple of weeks, make sure you go around and check the boundary wire (unless you actually bury it), as I found the mover running over it loosened it and I had to put in more stakes to tighten it down, because there would be loose bits sticking up that the blades could have gone through. There have been a few occasions where it's turned itself off. Not enough times to be a problem, but I'd not see it out and about for a couple of days and go and check, and it just needed turning on again. And finally, the first time you try, undoing the screws holding the little blades in place is almost impossible. There's some sort of blue stuff on them that locks them in place. I was frightened I would break the spinning plate because I had to use so much force to stop the screwdriver from slipping as I tried to turn it. I think I won't use the new screws when I put new blades on, because I imagine they will lock just as hard. I'll just keep the ones I can actually undo now.
All in all, I would absolutely recommend this to anyone. Whenever people come over and see it, and I tell them how long it is since I actually had the big lawn mower out, they are amazed. My lawn looks healthy, lush and manicured. It's so totally worth the money and has made life so much easier.
Best purchase ever – We purchased MoeBot S10 and extremely happy with it. Easy to install and program. Our grass have never looked so healthy. The moebit is schedule to cut grass twice a week and I don't have to worry about anything. We have named him Blade and he is very much loved vy the family.
Broken and poor backup service – Originally this mower worked very well and I was happy with it. After approx. 12 months it stopped charging, and I can no longer use it. Robot My Life claims to have a two-year warranty. I have been waiting for two months now with no outcome. The backup service and support is appalling. Deceptive and untrustworthy when it comes to service and warranty – Bought the S20 about 8 weeks ago. Setup was easy and everything worked well. charge contact springs on the machine corroded prematurely, however, the team at Moebot sent me replacements immediately and explained that they had a small batch of springs that were not up to scratch and the replacements would not become corroded. So far, the mower had proven to be worth the money. UPDATE - as of 22/04/2024 - Moebot have taken a sharp southward turn. Last year, my mower started to play up, the battery was not cycling fully and the machine was stalling among the lawn. I have contacted Robot My Life (Moebot) many many times over the last 5-6 months and provided tons of photos of the machine and it's various parts, often provided the same photos multiple times because they keep losing them. I have been told I will receive a replacement battery over two months ago now and still nothing. I have since sent an email requesting a full refund around two weeks ago, as it is way too late to repair it now. Unfortunately, I have no correspondence back from this company and it looks like I will have to spend more on lawyers to get the refund, naturally, I will also sue for additional costs (such as my lawyer). This company appears to have has fallen apart and I hope it ceases trading to prevent anyone else getting ripped off. What a shame, it was such a promising product too.
