They are not real leather as they say. I wore my $200 pair of flats once and they were all peeling at the front. I took them into a shoe maker and they confirmed they are not even real leather. How are they allowed to do this by law ? Show details
Shoes lasted less than 200 metres of walking – I bought these sandals one year ago on an online sale so they were cheap. have bought so many… all from one online store parent company, mollini sits under. I rarely shop elsewhere. They cater to all my needs, flats, heels, boots offering stunning designs.
Not leather – Bought some "leather" boots and found the material, whatever it is, started peeling off after the second wear. I had worn them from car to office and back ONLY. When I made a complaint I was told it was "normal wear and tear" which is obviously ridiculous after 2 wears. My options were to cut the boots up and send a picture to get a 100% refund… Read more
(most stupid option I've ever heard) or they would offer 30% refund as I wasn't happy. I took neither, they can keep their money, I'll be sure to spread the good word instead. They shouldn't be advertising "leather" products when they clearly aren't but they didn't seem to care about that either. Very poor, don't bother with this company.
Received the Wrong Product – I ordered a pair of boots, I received my order quite promptly, only to find that the shoe box was correctly labelled with the name of the boots, but the content was nothing like what I ordered. that this wasn't an option. Three days later I am told by email that the boots were no longer in stock, and I would receive a refund in 1-10 business days. A replacement boot was not an option. After reading through the reviews, it looks like this is a common trait that Mollini do not take responsibility for any of their wrongdoing and the quality of the shoes are certainly not what they use to be, I have a lot of Mollini shoes, but the leather seems to be of a low quality, almost a vinyl look, feel and smell. Picture shows the boots I ordered, the label with the correct style and then the boots that were in the box.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND!!! – VERY poor quality shoes - the worst I have ever purchased. I bought 3x of the same sandal - ALL of which broke after no more than 10 wears. Customer service couldn't care less because it was out of the "2 month window". It took 4x emails until they even responded to me. Customer service is as poor as the shoe quality!!! Show details
Caused an injury – I bought a pair of Mollini sock boots, advertised as a soft knit fabric. They are I believe a stiff nylon, virtually impossible to put on. In doing so, the fabric ripped the skin off my fingers. They are now soaking in fabric softener not because I intend to ever wear them, but as an experiment to see if they actually soften. They were on sale for $40+ postage. Complete waste of money.
Bad quality sandals – Mollini Women's Salmar Sandals arrived a bit dirty and the quality is terrible, made in Pakistan, however the official website reads nothing about where it made. The sandals are super uncomfortable and very heavy.
Haylow black leather - falls apart – I was initially going to purchase the Bali Tailor brand of these as my friend has had her pair for nearly 2 years without issue but as a Mollini lover who already has many Mollini shoes, I decided to go ahead with these. pictures. I scuffed the toe accidentally and it made a tiny scratch on the top of the toe, no big deal and I would never expect an exchange. Until a few days later and the entire shoe starts falling apart in that spot. They are unwearable now. I contacted Mollini requesting an exchange. They refused, stating fair wear and tear. As you can see even the heel strap is fraying already. I disagree this is fair wear and tear and think the leather they have used for that part of the sole is inadequate. I can live with a scuffed toe but when the whole shoe then falls apart I don't think that is reasonable. I will now purchase Bali Tailor brand and advise others to do the same.
Update on - No Service Whatsoever – Update on last review. Appealed to the Company again - not interested in the least! Go back to the shop you bought them - if you didn’t buy online we cannot do anything!! Seems from the other reviews here about inferior quality, they must KNOW their product not up to scratch - however they still charge designer shoe prices! What a Scam! Bad product and Service – Bought a pair of Mollini and the sole has come away from the shoe. I had only worn them 4 times. Mollini refuse to repair or replace without a receipt. The shoes clearly says MOLLINI in them. I don't understand what their problem is. No response to my email I sent them either. Will not recommend MOLLINI ever again. Terrible people to deal with.

was extremely rude to me, I am so disappointed, to not be notified that my order was not fulfilled - and to not have any support to have the exact same pair but a different size sent to me, The managers name was Jess on customer support - She was extremely rude, did not offer any options, and when your spending the money- you would think that you could at least provide your customers with support.

Bad product and service – Bought some Django and Juliet leather ankle boots for $140 fist pair were replaced as sole was coming away from the upper second pair same thing happened in under a year along with holes in the sole and was told I couldn’t get a refund or replacement. Attention to detail did not stop there. In the box was a return bag for the item should you wish to use. One of the boots I ordered, unfortunately, did not fit and therefore I needed to send the item back.
It was a very easy procedure obtaining an online return label from their website. Confirmation arrived within days that this has been received and a refund issued.
