My hair is ruined – This product damaged my hair so badly I may have to shave it off. I don't use heat or air dryers my hair has always been healthy. By the time I realized it was damaging my hair it was too late. It is frayed so badly and broken off. It looks like I left bleach on it overnight and got a chemical haircut. My hair is ruined.

DO NOT BUY THIS! – Don't be fooled by their marketing and cute packaging. I've been using this shampoo for about 6 months now and it has destroyed my hair. The shampoo completely stripped my hair and left it feeling like straw making my scalp over produce oil and for the first time in my life I now have extremely oily hair. It has also left me with a very dry and itchy scalp with eczema all over. Extremely dissapointed

Can’t fault it! – Tried Monday after being recommended by my sister in law. Was lucky enough to pick up the repair shampoo and conditioner a few months ago from coles. Love the scent! Smells very luxurious. My hair has never looked or felt better. Keep in mind, I’ve been getting a full head of foils every 5 weeks for the 5 months or so and before that have been getting my hair dyed for years. My hair is also well past my bra strap. To those saying it’s made in China - have you been living under a rock your whole life? EVERYTHING is made there. They never claimed to not be made in China. This is my first review and felt compelled to share my positive experience as it is often the vocal minority that will share theirs when they are unhappy with a product which there are always going to be.

Seriously - What is all the hype about?? – I purchased the repair shampoo and conditioner and I didn't like any aspect of it. The smell was terrible and it left my hair tangled and feeling like straw. My local Coles store now has it on clearance - wonder why!!

So much hair loss – I have used both the 'Repair' and 'Sensitive' Shampoo & Conditioners for the last couple of months (since they came out) and my hair is so terrible. I didn't know it reacted to dye and got my hair dyed a dark, ashy brown - which has essentially been stripped from my hair now. I have also had some pretty extreme hair loss and can't run my fingers through without strands falling out - even my partner has noticed how much hair has been falling out. Would not advise anyone to use this.
