Frightening experience – Having used the monster steam booster mop for a couple of years I was very happy with it until today when it almost caught fire sparked ferociously & almost electrocuted me not sure why my safety switch didn't trip the power but I have never had such a fright in my life I am still shaking as I write this. The short out seemed to be in the handle & flames shot out of it. Luckily I managed to drop it & quickly switch off at the power point..

Exceptional service – We have had a Monster Pearl steam cleaner for about 8 years and up until recently it has worked brilliantly. easier to have it repaired nearer home and we should just try any appliance repair shops.

After contacting 9 different shops and hearing nothing at all we again contacted Euroflex who told us that if we could send it to them they will repair it for us. They very apologetically told us that we would have to pay for the postage to them, which we agreed to.

We were absolutely delighted to get a call from them in what must have been the day they received it quoting a ridiculously low repair fee, which unbelievably included postage back to us. We obviously accepted this quote and the appliance was shipped back to us the next day.

The price was terrific, service excellent and the appliance doesn't just work like new, it now actually looks new as well.
