Filthy Hole – Do NOT book here. Run away…… Booked a 2 bed apartment and greeted by smashed furniture in hallway. It was so dirty we could not stay. We were in the building for about 1/2 hr long enough to take photos and lodge an email of complaint. Have been fighting to get a refund for over two weeks now and management not responding to emails : calls.

They are now saying we are not eligible for a refund as we had to cancel 24hrs before the day. Should have checked the crystal ball!

Booked through booking.com who have been just as useless.
