These other reviews on this site (and mine!) are about a Chinese company website "Montessori-Australia.com" and not the genuine Australian company website "Montessori.org.au" which is the logo and company name in this thread! It is a fake Chinese copycat company trying to sell stuff off the back of the big name of Montessori. So annoying. I ordered 4 items from montessori-australia.com, but only 1 was delivered, and after complaining they said that the tracking confirmed my items had been delivered! Despite many emails, they still haven't refunded me for the 3 items which never arrived in the order.
Terrible experience – I ordered a set of cloth books from Montessori Australia on December 7. They were to be a Christmas gift for my new Great Granddaughter. I then discovered that these books were being sent from China even though it was, I thought, an Australian site. The books have never arrived. I contacted PayPal (I use PayPal for every purchase, as they really look after one as a purchaser), and they contacted seller who, according to PayPal, couldn't provide proof of delivery. I received a full refund but I will never but from Montessori Australia site again.
Don't be fooled – 1. This company is not Australian so don't be fooled. I should have noticed the OS phone number. I also should have thought to look at Product Review and I would have bought elsewhere. 2.Ordered 2 x A4 artwork frames for toddler at over $50. No information provided to state that products were sourced from OS. In my case they went from China to Kuwait and finally to me 20 days later 3. Finally received items only to discover the frames were so small that I couldn't even put in a 5x3 photo in them! I have now let this company know of this problem, so I hope they do something about it quickly.
SCAM - stay away – This is a scam company based out of China. There is nothing Australian about them. I placed a large order. After 2 weeks they finally sent me a shipping notification with a fake tracking number. I kept checking the tracking number with Australia Post but it didn't work as it was fake. The only way to contact them is via email which they don't reply to. I never received my items. Luckily I paid via PayPal and filed a dispute. PayPal refunded my money instantly. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
