Not based in Australia. Pure Chinese junk. Better products from a $2 shop. Not Montessori Australia. My mistake not checking that it was legit. Please Don't waste your money. Go to montessori.org.au. Bah!!!!
Very late delivery, over priced products, 2 don't even work / were broken and were misleading in that they were never shipped from Australia. Instead they took a month to arrive. I've since seen far better quality products, for 1/3 of the price, the LED drawing pan never worked, and the baby handprint one was already wrecked before I even opened it. Never buy from this company - it's a huge scam of terrible quality with shockingly poor delivery.

montessori-australia.com, but only 1 was delivered, and after complaining they said that the tracking confirmed my items had been delivered! Despite many emails, they still haven't refunded me for the 3 items which never arrived in the order.
Purchased items for Christmas, early Dec, now January and no items have been received. Company is not Australian and not Montessori, total scam. Tried to call number and did not connect , sent email at Christmas and received reply saying items were on the way, sent another email on the 2nd and have had no response. Terrible

clearly not. No offer to compensate. Ordered early to have the Easter present for my Grandson, not going to happen. I recommend not to buy from this company, buy local instead. My mistake, and it won’t happen for a third time.
Took forever to arrive then was rubbish quality when it did – Received my order. I'm really disappointed with the quality of the hammock. Montessori used to provide quality childrens products but the fabric is plastic. Not happy at all
Item different from the listing – Scam website. They’re doing drop-shipping and what you receive isn’t the item you actually ordered but is a cheaply made knock-off directly from China. I bought a $38 item and was sent a poorly made $3 version which doesn’t match the photos or description. I’ve been trying to get a refund for over a month but they just ignore any contact. Don’t waste your time or money.
Ummm, ok. But there are better sites places to order like Amazon – I actually got my product but took a month. Once I questioned then via there email where the product was, it got sent. Will go else where in the future for similar products, as it should take so long or require me to follow up for items. Plus they are not really Australian, contact details USA
SCAM WEBSITE – Total scam. Dispatches email on receipt of money, providing tracking order number and description of of ordered goods, then becomes uncontactable and unresponsive. Fast tracking then indicates that they have no record of the order. Despicable.
Nothing is Montessori or Australia about this scam site – This site operates from Alaska, pretending to be Montessori and in Australia. No contact or business information is on the website except for one standard email address that goes nowhere. Products are not Montessori approved and are only cheap toys sent directly from China sold at over-inflated prices.
