I recently ordered from Mookah Fashion online, hoping for a smooth and positive shopping experience. Unfortunately, I had to return an item, and that’s where things went downhill. I was disappointed to learn that Mookah requires customers to cover the cost of return postage, even when the item doesn’t meet expectations. I understand having a returns policy, but in today’s retail environment, this feels outdated and customer-unfriendly. I reached out to express my concerns, but the response I received from Leisa simply repeated the policy without any effort to offer a goodwill gesture or even acknowledge my frustration.

I’m now out of pocket for shopping with Mookah, which leaves a sour taste and discourages me from purchasing again. I expected better service and more consideration, especially as a first-time customer.

There are plenty of other online stores that stand behind their products and take on the cost of returns to ensure customer satisfaction — unfortunately, Mookah isn’t one of them.
