Does not suck up anything. Blocks regularly that is every time you use it. Tried to contact company - email returned. Not even 6 months old and plastic tube has split so now useless. Wish I had read these reviews. DO NOT BUY. Would give in ZERO stars if possible!

Just doesn't work, always cleaning it out, never sucks up anything, what a scam. Do not waste your money! Now I have to purchase another brand and fork out more money.

Worst vacuum I’ve ever brought. Complained to the company and they basically told me to empty the thing. I’m sorry but having to unblock the pipe every time I use it makes no difference whatsoever by emptying it. DO NOT BUY THIS ABSOLUTE TRASH

DO NOT BUY!! SCAM!!! This is not a quality vacuum cleaner and while it says it has an Australian office, it doesn't. It does not have a great suction even though it roared at max. volume. It is difficult to clean the filter properly and my missus hates it. By the way, the website has closed down and the email address support@moonpod-au.com bounces.

Stay away...I brought one & said it was one the best. I read the reviews cancelled my order. Then a fight, they said it had to go back. Took a month. They got the product. Kept it and what I paid. I'm completely blocked. So having to fight for my refund. I'd put a minus 5 if possible

They do NOT deserve 1 star I wish I had looked on here first, I basically got an email back after asking for a refund asking me for a video of the suction power ....like WTH ..seems by reading all these reviews I've no chance of a refund. Here's me thinking support my country, keeps people in work !! Certainly is not made in AUSTRALIA How sad is this world becoming.

Brand me vacuum doesn’t work for more than 30 seconds. It’s not even a Moonoa model. Customer service have advised that returns will cost me a fair bit of money and custom costs to return it. Do not buy.

We as crap vacuum, it's not even a moonoa false advertising and they have not provided details for return. Worse I have ever encountered don't bother these people they just want your money and don't do refunds ripped off bad bad company

Vacumm is terrible, not enough suction, constantly clogging and going into error. Support person and company wont warrant their disgn faults and allow return. Terrible product, clear scam with fake product reviews/endorsements – Agree with all the other reviews. Terrible vacuum.

I purchased a hypersonic pro vacuum about 2 weeks ago. It was working reasonably well until today. It has completely lost suction and is now only sweeping up pet hair with the brush head - no suction of dust at all. Fingers crossed that they give me a refund. Would not recommend this machine at all.

Do not deal with this company! I paid for and ordered 2 machines . Only one turned up. It has taken nearly 6 weeks for them to tell me that l have to chase the courier company up. Absolutely the worst thing I have every purchased. I may as well have stood in the street and just thrown my money away. This company needs to be reported. Absolute disaster, vacuum cleaner is the worst ever and company not responding to emails. Stay away and avoid disapointment.

Absolute Rubbish Rip Off Company – Absolute rubbish, won't even charge. Yep they asked for a video to be sent. Of what, it doesn't even work. They are obviously selling out of China and selling a dodgy product which is not what you receive. I've lodged a complaint with Fair Trading but I'm not holding my breath. Lesson learned but please do not touch this Company.

years ago this cleaner would have to be the best vacuum cleaner i have ever had. We have border collie who is an inside dog, so lots of hair.not a problem with cleaner, in fact i dont have any complaints with it, although i think the dust holder could be bigger. Now i have read all the negative reviews and a dont understand why, my only thought is they dont empty it often enough but like i said i dont have ANY complaints with this cleaner and going by my own experience would not hesitate to recommend it. And as a side note from order to delivery 4 days.

It is scam the vacuum is terrible do not believe the reviews on that dodgy site that says Moonoa is the best – When I ordered the vacuum I tried to cancel they order and they told me I could not as it had shipped but if I wasn't happy I could return the vacuum. So I am now trying to return and they want a video for me to show them how bad it is.

Do not buy this vacuum – I ordered this vacuum after reading what was obviously a fake article. I starter it up and seemed to work but noticed it was not filling up the bin. It was below average at best with poor suction. Then after a few weeks it broke completely. I have been trying to get a refund but they are now ghosting me after a endless number of delaying requests. Now I have to go through the time consuming card charge back process.

A Scam – We ordered a Moonoa and received a Moonpod. Poor suction with little or no extra brushes. Difficultly emptying bin and changing brushes. Tried contacting them yes they replied asking for a video you cannot video suction problems. Very disappointed

This is a total scam – Definitely a scam, caught by the same review. Same experience of no correspondence . Sadly just writing the whole expensive off. Just buy something local.

vacuum which is far more powerful than this thing, which appears to be barely adequate to collect balls of fluff from floorboards. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

asking for any sort of confirmation remained unanswered. After three weeks I notified the purchase as a fraud to my bank who tried to reclaim the funds. Only after 5 weeks the vacuum cleaner was finally delivered......but what a disappointment! It looks similar to a Dyson vacuum cleaner but it's suction is as weak as our $ 80 handheld table vacuum cleaner. It's a total waste of money. The company is based in UK, not as the fraudulent name Moonoa-AU.com (not Moonoa.com.au) suggests to be in Australia. The company is not contactable in anyway. So I am unable to return it. I am going to donate it to whoever sees any purpose with it. This is a $ 540 write off.
