Customer service is amazing! My daughter accidentally ordered wrong size jeans and we emailed customer service about it. They waived the return shipping fee and the fee for the new size ordered. It is of course an exception but they were so understanding and helped very quickly.

Average – Fast delivery and clothes look like they do on the website, but I’ve noticed that if you have anything bigger than an A cup - careful with the tops, they won’t fit around this area. Overall, the clothes are definitely overpriced since the quality of the material and fit isn’t all that great

No parcel or tracking available, money effectively stolen – I placed an order on 1st September 2023. I was given a SkyNet tracking number that could not be tracked by any of my local post offices or via Australia Post. SkyNet advised the item was "delivered" but it cannot be located. This order cannot be opened in the Motel Rocks website, as apparently the URL does not exist anymore. There have been issues with communication, providing tracking, technology, etc.

Terrible clothing quality and so overpriced! – The clothes on this website appear gorgeous but the real-life quality of them are terrible. They are cheaply made and do not sit well. I bought over $200 worth of clothes and returned nearly all of them. The clothes are also ridiculously overpriced for the standard of quality of you get. Browse with caution.
