Hi, I recently bought mother's choice 4 wheel stroller for my 6 months old kid. I am facing issue from 2 days now that the front swivel wheel lock on the left side has jammed and it is not getting unlocked due to which I am not able to use the pram. What is the fix to this problem? Please suggest
What is the age group for the Moda jogging pram?
Pls let me know I can buy the rear right wheel lock pin because that wheel comeout or I can buy the rear wheel?
Sorry, I haven't a clue. Maybe have a look on MothersChoice website?
Hi I am planning to buy this pram I had newborn baby of six weeks is it suitable for new born?
The Mother’s Choice Activo 3 Wheel Stroller is suitable from newborn to 15 kg.
No it is not. I believe it would be suitable for at least when your child is 8 months old. The restraints do not fit a new-born. Moreover, we've had wheel trouble. To save yourself from hassle of replacing wheels that keep falling off. I recommend purchasing another stroller. Thank you for your question.
Yes it is. We used from birth for our son who was 5pound4ounces at birth, with a foot cover and shade cover. He was so snuggly and happy in it until he got too tall.
Hi! Wondering if someone from Mother's Choice customer service may be able to help. As mentioned by someone earlier in this post, our pram has just got a flat front tyre & have no idea where to buy another one?
Because the tube & tyre are one entire piece it makes it impossible to fix the puncture. Can you please help as my pram is useless without a new one!
Hi there, Thank you for your question. Your inner-tube can be removed from the tyre. On the inner tube it will say a number x another number, (for example 10x12.5) this is your inner tube size. Once you have this number you can either call our customer service team and order another one (cost: $11 = $10 P&H) or you can take it to a bike shop who will be able to change this over for you.
Please remember that if your pram is still under it's 12month Warranty period, and you have proof of purchase, we will be able to replace this for you.
If you have any other questions please don't hesitate to call our customer service team on Phone: 1300 809 526 (toll free within Australia)
Thank you

You can pick up a tube for them in places like Big W for quite cheap in the bike tire section. What do you mean by tube attatchment?
How do you lock the front wheel?
Hi, if you could send an email to support@dorel.com.au, I will be able to send you the part of the instruction manual that explains how to lock the wheel. The text is the following: TO LOCK THE FRONT WHEEL SWIVEL LOCK
• When in the forward travel position, the front wheel can be left free to swivel or can be partially or fully locked using the latch.
But I don't know if this is clear enough with the image.
How do you dismantle a Mother's Choice 3 wheel stroller?
Lift the red lever mid way down left hand side of stroller whilst squeezing and turning center of stroller handle.
Hi I got given this pram with no instructions, and I'm having trouble folding it down, can someone please explain how I close/fold it down
On the left side half way down the pram there should be a red lever? Pull that up, while squeezing and twisting the center hand grip on the handle of the pram. Hope that helps.
hi, you can always call consumer service and ask them to send you the manual? The number is 1300 809 526.
