dirty we sent him photos and his reply was its not his issue but one of his contractors. Have since read other reviews that state the same DO NOT USE HIS SERVICE
Do not recommend. Booked as they were the earliest delivery times. Was told pick up the 14th Nov and delivery a couple of days later. 14th rolls in and nothing. and pick up would be Thursday and delivery Friday” which i found out he contracts the jobs out. 6 days later due to weather??!!! I emailed back explaining my concerns how after 15 years I’d been in the industry I’ve never had a pickup up day of a bike I’ve organised 6 days later. This is my personal bike this time. I heard nothing back to that. Thursday rolls in and I have to call to find out it was being collected. And that driver will contact me. Heard Friday morning bike was on its way. After the bike was unloaded I quickly check it. And he takes off after looking over it more the left hand mirror was snapped! I flew to Sydney myself to view bike before purchase and it was not like this. The mount bolt had been broken. It’s a Ducati and the mirrors don’t fold and they ar every brittle. I know the bike was tied on the left side of the van and then moved overnight before delivery. After expressing my concern to Steve the owner of the company he rang me and after a few words back and forth he wanted nothing to do with it. Said it was not his driver and I should’ve looked over it better on viewing. Owners also was happy to vouch for it leaving his place immaculate. As I said these mirrors don’t take a lot to break. I’ve worked with them for years. $390 mirror broken on me to replace. What’s the point of paying transport which is fully insured to be told not their problem. Will never recommend this company again. Should have used a trusted company like bike logistics. Thanks for the bill for both the transport and the broken mirror.
No communication – Nov 2024, Organised and paid for a bike from Adelaide to Melbourne to be picked up week of 6 January and transported by the 17th Jan 2025 at the latest as it has to be on a ship to go to England. (?), he put the blame on the transport guy, said he is still working out his schedule! Ask when I could expect a call, he had no idea. Wouldn’t give me the transport guy’s number. Just Hope now that it gets picked up in time. There has been virtually no communication whatsoever from this company apart from 1 phone call. Emails not responded to. Cannot recommend this company

A Logistics Company That Can't Do Basic Logistics (ie Organise a Bike Pick Up) – I sold my bike interstate and the buyer organised a pickup with Motorbike Movers. My bike was scheduled to be picked up on the 18th for a pick up in Sydney and drop off in Gold Coast. driver would arrive. I called the business multiple times only to get vague, useless info. On the 2nd call Steve (I assume the business owner) advised me that the driver left Brisbane in the morning.
BNE to SYD in 1-day drive inc. state Border crossing during lockdown... I don't understand how they thought the chap would make in a day.
We are now the 21st. The driver somehow 'missed' Sydney and is on his way to Melbourne. Wasted 2 days waiting for their driver. The new ETA is pick-up on the 4th. 17 days later than the date booked!
The buyer had to organise another courier to pick up the bike as a result. The new courier called within minutes and organised pickup within a 30 min window tomorrow.
They "might" be good with local, but I would stay away for anything long distance and certainly interstate.
Note: they don't have a google place or a productreview page... I suspect the reviews would be terrible if they had one.
