Had a hardware fault cause a screen issue with a RAZR Ultra 50, and submitted to Motorola Australia for warranty. Their courier lost the package as soon as it was picked up, and both their courier and Motorola have not acknowledged or responded to this after weeks of being without a phone - they have no intention to make good or replace a device their courier has lost, even when its an expensive flagship release.

Never to Team Global Express, Roadhound Electronics, and Motorola – Never to Team Global Express, Roadhound Electronics, and Motorola. Motorola took a lot of time to repair my phone, Roadhouse Electronics and Team Global Express took a lot of time to return my phone. Three companies asked for my complete details: from primary and alternate addresses, all mobile numbers possible, and all email addresses, but what did I get? NOTHING. Nothing was delivered. So now, I have to collect the device from a warehouse because they did not deliver it to my home address despite promising to do so, and despite giving three companies my complete details. Their logistics team office was only 15 minutes from my house. I am working 7 days a week. Hence, the delivery! Now, I have to file a halfday off. Overall, it was a bad experience, plus both companies had poor service. Never trusting these three 'again.'
grief!!! – I bought this phone because the company being in business for a very long time, their product in the past were excellent, it was so disappointing to know is completely the opposite this include the support service. The phone features would not work, flash light only worked for the first week, phone disconnected, the clock , and so many features just faulty. I have pages of writing all the faults. Even though was under warranty, I did not receive any support, they send you to a forum , and forum is hopeless , they don't reply or give you support, and they don't pay attention. I was told on the phone support for a feature did not work , to ring next week and to see if it still the same, wasting my time, and when I did call back it was a different agent, and no record , and they would not answer the phone after I confronted the bad service. the agent have no clue of troubleshooting, and there is specification I had to go to America website to get information. They removed the manual on the website with some of the features, unlike other companies they still have past manual on line. They model does not exist anymore on their website. The phone box printed the wrong information , It did not come with a booklet of information about the phone instead it was about caring for it. The retail shop did not have all the information specifications Motorola did not provide, so I was sold a 4 g LTE which was not listed as LTE, just 4 g when it should have been listed exactly the network . I rang again to know more about the agent was so reluctant to provide support , just said good buy left me without support. Do not buy this from this company , spare the grief!!!
