Be very cautious. I purchased this mower as a package deal for $6200 - 4x4 with deformable tyres and mulch blades, and a tow hitch. The mower arrived without the deformable tyres (but the order was marked complete). The tow hitch could not be mounted as it came with incorrect bolts. The customer service phone no. (for Australia) is disconnected, the customer service feedback pro forma that I have sent has not been answered nor has there been any response to emails sent using their online email address. This doesn’t bode well for returns, exchanges, customer service requests or warranty work. In my case (regional customer) the courier did not deliver door-to-door which required a trailer to collect this 66kg package from the depot. The mower itself is well built albeit expensive for its capabilities. It is after all a 21” mower that you walk behind. I bought it purely for use on 45deg slopes and without the tyres it’s a fail. Notwithstanding, it does look like it could do the job if it had the tyres and in this regard it would be a step up from my SP Husqvarna mower. The mower has a number of technologies and components the potential failure of which will quickly turn it into landfill hence the uneasy feeling about the absence of robust customer and service support.
