instead tried to convince me to get store credit for further shopping :( I left the product behind and asked them to transfer the money into my account but this hasn't happened yet. they insist I go back to the store to get my money and that equals wasting half a day of my time

Appalling phone service yet again – Called on sale day on4/4/23 and spoke with Duam. asked him if he could look around, meaning if he could check other stores since they often do transfers. His reply however, was “ I’m not blind, I’ve a really checked “! What a way to speak to anyone, let alone a customer! I remained calm and asked him again if he could check other stores and sure enough, he found the product. Shame about a small handful of staff because they have some amazing staff that pull all the weight around there !

products you cannot get elsewhere, however their service and staff attitude is letting them down. If I can, I get my products from Chemist warehouse (and it's normally cheaper).

My goodness absolutley appalling service . I hung up yet very disappointed again . I am also a member . Where is the 5 star rating for POOR SERVICE !

Will they help my sleep problem ? – Have problems going to sleep and looking at Swiss’s Sleep $20 for 100. The store was huge with rows of so many vitamins. Argh. Was passed onto the shop’s naturopath and gave my situation. I found her very helpful. Today I purchased Sleep Ease $20 for 30 on her recommendation. Even though they claim they are the cheapest I found cheaper prices at Chemist Warehouse so check your prices. I will update you on efficacy. Show details

Buyers need to shop around first – I Always visit the Chatswood store on my visits to Sydney from. Brisbane but I definitely will be shopping around elsewhere as I recently made a purchase last week only to visit Dr Vitamins in The CBD near George Street and the product I purchased was so so much more cheaper than Mr Vitamins. Dr Vitamins seems to have a lot more better specials within their store so shoppers I would definitely shop around first. Show details

Whatever happened to service? – I placed an order for 12 bottles of Enzo Professional on March 18. The girl behind the counter at the rear of the shop (I think the Practitioner section), said they only had 3 in stock and would order the balance, and phone me when it arrives. year long customer and as a husband and wife team spend around $4,500 per annum on lots of supplements. I never received a call back despite me leaving messages.....to add insult to injury, I found a supplier on-line that offers the same product $6 cheaper per item and with free delivery for orders over $99 (my order is $525 for these tablets). I’m taking my business elsewhere for better service and cheaper prices.....by the way....I’ve now searched, thanks to the no-call back-service, and found I can save hundreds of dollars shopping around rather than being loyal to this crowd. I’ve noticed discounts are getting smaller, prices higher and service less and less. Long standing customer....NOT HAPPY!
