help at the register, I was referred to a staff member who appeared to be the store manager. I explained the technical issue, but instead of helping resolve it or honoring the promotion in-store, she immediately handed me the headquarters phone number and told me to fix it myself. I called right then and there, only to reach an automated message stating headquarters was overwhelmed with calls and to try again later. When I relayed this to the manager, her response was simply, "Well, call later." Immediately after, she dismissively told my husband to move out of the line so she could serve the next customer. That was it—no empathy, no attempt to assist, just "deal with your problem and bye." How can a store expect local support with this level of service? They didn't just lose a $100+ sale yesterday; they lost a new customer permanently. Management needs to remember that without customers, their business cannot exist. Take your business elsewhere in the CBD to a shop that actually values its patrons.

Received my package 5 days after ordering it. Reliable communication about when to expect the package. Only issue is that the messaging about when to expect the package said it was coming from "394 Chatswood" which had me confused since I didn't order anything from any store called 394 Chatswood. Caution.!!! Check before you buy from Mr Vitamins. They inflate their prices then give you 50% off. Eg. Their Manuka Honey 500g MGO573+, RRP $215, now $107.74. This is the normal retail price. False advertising!!!

Received out of date stock. 4 emails sent and they will not reply. Happy to take your money but don’t care about the customer from my experience.. Won’t shop here again.

Out of date and rancid products – Like many others that I have just discovered I was sold rancid out of date products. They then sent more to replace and they were also out of date. Extremely poor considering they are health foods!

Feb/24. They offered refund, which I accepted but won't shop there again. I imagine a lot of people don't check expiry. They are obviously sending out the expired product to a lot of people, despite being made aware.

First & Last Time! – Tried to order some products from this store, however even though the website showed availability, part of my order was cancelled in the end as the inventory was incorrect. Whilst I was given a refund for the cancelled products, I wasn’t even asked if I wanted to continue with the rest of the order and given a token apology for the inconvenience. If I knew this was going to happen, I would have ordered from another site.

Seems scam – They offered sign up and as a ‘Welcome’ we will give you $10 discount voucher. The voucher isn’t valid. If this is the way they operate (I feel misleading and fake), I question the authenticity of the product they sell. I do not trust businesses like this.

Falsely representing themselves as naturopaths, don't drink this koolaid – Variable health advice. Often poor. If they get it right it's because you got lucky with someone with some knowledge or the person just happened to say the thing that matches what is right in that instance. There may be a more qualified naturopath in the back of a bricks and mortar store in some cases but all the store people walking around are just sales assistants and have no actual qualifications. Online where you can do online chat it's the same and this is where I finally realised it is just a stylised name they have given that takes advantage of the public's assumptions about knowledge they would have due to it. It is illegal to represent yourself as a medical doctor, physiotherapist, osteopath etc if you don't have those qualifications but because naturopath is so fuzzy they have just taken advantage. Bad faith. After receiving patently poor advice about 5 times (I know my bad for not twigging earlier there's no knowledge happening and they are just striking on whatever grab bag product from whatever they have to hand that they can give me to buy) I finally asked what their claim to being "naturopaths" was, what qualifications? It was an offensive clown show of just pointing me to one product after another and then just radio silence. There are no qualifications - they are generic sales assistants.

If there is something they stock that is difficult to get elsewhere or significantly cheaper just get it and get out, otherwise, avoid!

asked him if he could look around, meaning if he could check other stores since they often do transfers. His reply however, was “ I’m not blind, I’ve a really checked “! What a way to speak to anyone, let alone a customer! I remained calm and asked him again if he could check other stores and sure enough, he found the product. Bad service from shop staff – I had a store credit. I was told to let the staff know next time I purchased a product. Next time I purchased a product I stated I had some money in their system. Fast delivery, great prices, easy online ordering – Ordered on Sunday 26 sept and received my package today Wednesday 29 Sept. website was easy to use and order through. Will they help my sleep problem ? – Have problems going to sleep and looking at Swiss’s Sleep $20 for 100. The store was huge with rows of so many vitamins. Argh. June 2020. Both Mr Vitamins and Australia Post provide me with Delivery Tracking Confirmation. Now I have placed my second order on 18 July 2020. Spoke on the phone with Marina (Customer Service) and she said it will be arrived within this week, maximum next week.

• Packaging: Although I am more impressed with how durable, neat and tidy Chemist Warehouse pack their parcel, but with Mr Vitamins the parcel still okay, still do the job and safe to the products. When I received my parcel, I found not any product damage. I received all my products in good condition.

• Product Quality: All the products I received from Mr Vitamins have Long Expiry Date.

• Correspondency: Great customer service and courtesy provided by Marina (Customer Service). She responded to my email promptly, the next following day.

• Communication: I emailed the team regarding my missing loyalty points, Marina rang me the next morning to discuss about this matter. Been years as customer service myself, for me, this pro-active efficient and assertive attitude has met my standard. I am very happy with their professionalism.

• Problem Handling: They fixed my missing points issue. They price match my order and refund my money. So I can tick this problem solving point too.

• Overall: I can trust ordering online with Mr Vitamin and I am happy with the way they treat me. I will continue to shop with Mr Vitamins in the future.

Poor unprofessional online service, not delivered even after weeks, missing purchased items, yet you paid for delivery – It was ok and fairly easy to navigate. Product availability was not as expected. Brands have their own review and mr vitamin not own those brands. Depends on what you are purchasing.

looked somewhat small right off the bat. Upon opening there were no less than 7 products just not in the box at all. I thought initially maybe I had left a 2nd box outside or that it hadn't arrived but I soon had the tracking email to let me know delivery had been made. All up around $60 or so of products just not sent.

I tried calling the contact number - no-one ever answers. Odd hang up, mostly nothing at all. Says press 'star' to leave a message - did that, no reply. Sent emails. no reply.

They deserve 0 – I ordered 5 weeks ago and didn't get anything. They emailed (I think it is a automated email) me 5 days ago about the shipping but 3 products were missing on the list. You can't reach them by email or phone. Waisted more than 400 AUD :(.

Worse online experience – I received my order 4 weeks after it was placed and received 5 of 9 products with no explanation or refund of $95. Couldn’t get onto customer service for an explanation.

The worst online shopping experience – I ordered a supplement on the 8th of April! followed up two times for the delivery and they replied to me on the 24th of April!!! that: your order could not be fulfilled due to stock discrepancies!!!

Buyers need to shop around first – I Always visit the Chatswood store on my visits to Sydney from. Brisbane but I definitely will be shopping around elsewhere as I recently made a purchase last week only to visit Dr Vitamins in The CBD near George Street and the product I purchased was so so much more cheaper than Mr Vitamins.
