Fabulous Service and Followup – From first call to Jodie everything went exceptionally well, exceeded expectations. Furniture pick up was a fabulous offering and again first class service. Sale of all items successful and easy.

Disgusting display of 'professionalism' – Absolutely the worst service. They agreed to come and buy a bedroom suite from me. I advised them that there was a 2 floor walk up and there was 2+ needed people to lift it. On arrival there was only 1 man, who advised me that there was a 'charge' for having more than 1 person. I told him that more people are needed due to not wanting more damage done, then he proceeds to get angry and rude denying that it was his doing. Due to this disgusting display of 'professionalism' I told him to leave my house. Would NEVER deal with again. If i could get negative stars I would. I advise anyone never to sell to this company.

Very ordinary – This sales venue is very ordinary. If you are selling a piece that you cannot get to them, and they pick it up, it will cost you a minimum of $65 and up to $95 even though it is their truck and their personnel that pick the goods up not an external contractor. price range they expect the piece to sell for but they can, and do drop the price without any consultation with you. They never communicate with you after they have the piece, not even when they sell it!. The only way you find out what is happening is by looking at Gumtree to see if it is still listed and if so what price they have now put on it. If it doesn't appear you will have to contact them to see what is happening. Very, very poor customer service and I will never use them again.
