A Decent courier company for owner drivers – dispatchers have a decent knowledge about the roads and helpful so time and fuel is not wasted most of the time, don't push you hard unlike many other companies or check over your shoulder atm, no radio etc. as long as the works gets done everything is fine. hard work is rewarded with more work as everywhere else, :P but more work is more money so yeah,

good management, respectful towards employees,

terrible customers sometimes though, gotta get used to it somehow :P :P :P

1 gold star for consistency – Booked two jobs, a couple of hours between - first job was booked 10.30am, allocated and finally picked up just before 4pm, the 2nd was booked at 12 and when rang they couldn't be bothered to find someone and rebooked it for the next day. They are cheap but so is their service - same day delivery is a joke. We now book in advance and will be looking for another company!

Worst Courier Company in Melbourne – dont get ripped off and use some other reputable company. those who dont know MTX also got pending matters in different courts for non payment to drivers. these scumbags make drivers work 10-12 hours a day and then dont even pay them. management is ridiculous, money hungry people. they ll take your money and take you for a spin.. avoid them at all cost lost goods, missing items what not.. thats MTX

Late delivery for express parcel took 5 hours was promised 2 hours – I ordered a small box and paid $90 for the express delivery and I was promised 2 hours delivery. They driver took nearly 5 hours and 10 phone calls from me to the company once they had the money they didn't bother about what they said thtey have best customer service. Once the driver arrived I asked him the old fella went on telling how this company works he had the parcel with him from last 5 hours but they made him pick up other goods and drop them as their stops were on the way to my Warehouse. I mean I paid for wxpress delivery.
