A [Content Removed] from start to finish – I ordered one translator in Australian dollars. Was billed for 4 translators in US dollars. Within 30 minutes of placing my order I emailed to say cancel the order and refund my money. They said, very sorry but the order has already been processed and we proceed to shipping. I then had to wait for delivery to return the package and only after very specific steps as required by them. I also paid for postage. As soon as I made it clear I do not want the product or your [Content Removed] they ignored every single email x 10. Only once the order was shipped did they actually acknowledge my emails. The company is based out of Lithuania and unprofessional at every level. Avoid the company and any product associated with them. This is my sincere advice. It won’t end well.
Sent four when I only ordered one – I ordered ONE unit and received and was charged for four. It would appear that their order system bumps up number ordered as have seen complaints from others. In advising that I wanted to return three was offered a 20 percent discount. This I rejected. Documentation requires returns to go to Lithuania, yes Lithuania when the product was sent from Australia. I offered them a deal of fifty percent of the original price which was accepted. Unfortunately this in my opinion is a sudden [Content Removed]. Will see what happens next.
