Great price and professional service ⭐️ – I requested a quote for two air conditioners and received a good price from Ian. Even better, he installed the air conditioners within a week. He also fixed two other aircons that previous tradesmen who had been paid to fix them- hadn’t and wouldn’t return. I couldn’t be happier with the professional and courteous service.

suggested) we make the floor vents downstairs larger due to the increased airflow, this mean new floor boots for the larger vents too. - Willingness to go the extra mile to complete a quality installation - Knowledge of how reverse cycle systems work and how/where vents should be placed to be the most efficient. - Clear communication, no sales pitches.

Come installation days (two days), Ian was easy to deal with and communicated along every step of the way. Installation was not disruptive and neat, tidy and accurate. He even took his shoes off when coming in the house without being asked. Ceiling and floor insulation was cut or put back to ensure it wasn't just thrown around everywhere or left with gaps. The house was then left neat and tidy with all rubbish taken with him.

He took the time to then explain how the MyAir platform works, how to navigate it and helped make sure it worked on our phones too. He suggested that he comes back in about 2 months time for free to just check over everything too.

Ian wasn't the cheapest quote but he was the most comprehensive, easiest to deal with and we can't recommend him more to anyone.

Our building is a bit tricky to replace air conditioning units, but Ian was confident they could do the job. They were able to begin work within two weeks. Ian and his team were friendly, polite and efficient. They took care to do the job with the least amount of impact to us - cleaning as they went. Ian managed the complete replacement of our system, arranging other tradies to replace and paint the ceiling, and install lights. Ian recommended new lights and extraction fan that improved the utility of the room - along with the new heating of course. We would definitely use Mungovan Air Conditioning again - but hope we don't need to in the near future...
