Muscle Mat Luxury Mattress Topper Double

Mattress topper is not as per advertisement, even after a day it is barely 7cm thick in 1 corner, the rest is around 5cm. Terrible product becomes clumpy and uncomfortable and hot. Have sent emails back an forth enquiring about the issue. Was told to "wait 10 nights so my body can adapt" adapt to what the terrible mattress topper ? I requested a refund on their 30 night satisfaction guarantee but they have stopped responding.

Edit they have responded after a week but response was to completely ignore my issues but to send item back for store credit.

This company is a scam and judging by the negative reviews elsewhere they just stop responding and wait for you to go away.

Perfection...exactly what was advertised – Dear Management, Just had the musclemat we ordered delivered half hour ago. I unwrapped and put it on my husbands bed. My husband who is stage 4 prostate cancer has terrible muscle pains from chemo. And tosses and turns all night from being so restless with pain. He just tried it out 30mins ago and instantly said wow this is heaven I feel like I am laying on a cloud. Just walked up to his room and he is sound asleep. How funny.
