Recently purchased front seat covers for a Kia Sorrento...when finally fitted they are a good item...could have done with approx 200/300mm extra length when fastening straps for seat ...other than that they seem to be a good product...Cheers. Show reply

base, realised that my vehicle has a bench seat. At present I would find it a bit difficult to have to remove the entire seat to just install the covers. Had I realised this would be an issue, I probably would not have purchased the seat covers.
Follow-up · The vehicle is a 2019 Hyundai Kona. I have installed the covers on the rear of the seat. I have a full bench seat for which, as per instructions, the installation of the covers requires full removal of the seat from the vehicle. I feel that it is excessive work just to install a seat cover and may risk damage to the seat for its removal/reinstallation. I am intending to attempt a workaround installation within the next few days.
Follow-up · Just a further follow up to my last one. I have managed to install the cover on the seat. However, it is a workaround, as I was not prepared to remove the seat as per the instructions.
Had a fitment issue with the rear covers, the pattern wasn't correct, however after some time my custom car eventually reached out reinvestigated my case & the problem was dealt with in a satisfactory way. However I just suggest that my custom car provide vehicle specific fitting instructions . Show 8 replies
Purchased neoprene front seat covers in Aug 2025, for a Subaru Crosstrek. The seat covers seem to be good quality, well made and really doesn't move when I swivel in/out of the drivers seat. seats. Custom Car did sent me a new set after I sent them photos. Unfortunately the new covers didn't sit well this time (gathered around the contours) and the straps were only lengthened a little which was still too short to fit comfortably over the carpet flap behind the seat. They dont send out a third set.
Therefore, I only give it an average score as its hit & miss if you get perfectly fitting covers and the straps are not custom made for Subaru Crosstreks - even though they kept telling me that no one else has had a problem.

I emailed My Custom Car yesterday afternoon in regards to a problem with stitching on my car seat cover I had purchased last year and included a photo of the issue. This morning I received an email from the company saying that they had a replacement seat cover on the way back to me. That is what I call excellent Customer Service! Show reply
Easy purchase. Bought for a 2019 tucson. Fit is good. As expected from neoprene as ive got neoprenes for a 4wd (bought at a different shop). Good perfect fit. Install wasnt too bad. Usually neoprene covers are hard to install due to how tight they usually fit but these were pretty easy.
Happy with my purchase – I bought the rear seat covers for a Mazda 3. My husband and l fitted them. They weren't too difficult to fit and l am very pleased with the result. Thank you
Great fit Nissan patrol – Great fit material is the same as samples sent only thing i would have liked is them being one piece not two but that might have changed how good they fit fast turn around from ordering
Quality material but difficult installation – Quality product but not the easy to install. Had to engage panel beater to access under seat ties to secure covers
Not what I Expected – Ordered these seat covers for my Corolla ZR as you can't buy universal seat covers to fit my seats. I thought these custom made would be great but they do not fit well at all. They seem too short for my seats so you can see the bottom of the covers and they are very loose and bunching in other areas. Very disappointed as they cost near $250!! .
Great value, service and quality – Just received my Tradie seat covers for my Holden Colorado. Excellent hard wearing quality, easy to fit, arrived very quickly and at a great price. Highly recommended.

Not very custom – I ordered custom seat covers for a Honda CRV, and while they do fit, I feel like I could have bought the same thing at Supercheap. Because of the stretch of the material and the shape of the factory seat they don't conform to the shape of the back rest. They fit ok but I feel very ripped off because of the price and fit.

Absolutely terrible quality – There’s covers seem good quality. But that is where anything positive end. Looks can and in this case are deceptive. The online fitting instructions are terrible. purchased the correct (according to my custom car) covers. The fitting was nothing like suggested. The back seat cover is not tied down as the Subaru Outback has additional flooring cover that is not taken into account for fitting. You would be better off buying seat covers for half the cost else where, as the fitting would be exactly the same. Very disappointed with such useless covers and an absolute waste of my time and money. Never would I buy such junk from a clearly terrible and cheap company again. Go to Super cheap auto.

truth. I had to pay in excess of 50 dollars to return the seat covers as the company wouldn't accept fault in them not fitting the cars, considering it a change of mind return (very frustrating). Once I notified them that the seat covers would be delivered I was advised that they had arrived and refund processed. After a few days I still hadn't received my money back, emailed again and told that the refund hasn't been processed and was sitting with the accounts team. Not happy, waste of money and time. Do not recommend for 2023 PHEV Outlander covers or 2023 4x4 BT-50 covers.
Alright customer service. Not to good product – Purchased seat covers for a Hyundai palisade. First set came quickly but had no cut outs for 2nd and 3 Rd row. Contacted sent another same thing. Finally sent some with cutouts. Was a hassle and a shame because the covers are quite good. Would buy from them again.
Fitment of floor mats AND SEAT COVERS completely wrong – .. don’t even both going through these people. Made to fit is a load of steaming… They think they know what the seats are but have NO IDEA. Even when you confirm it with them! Just a joke
Exceptional Service – Personalised service, quick delivery and good fit. Installation of rear cover required removal of seat and needed my mechanic to install. Removing/cleaning debris likely to fall in gaps for seatbelts will be impossible without removing seat. Will protect leather car seats from scratches while child seats in place.
