Terrible. Called about my 5 year old son after he hurt his eye. Paid $150 upfront only to be kept waiting for more than 1.5 hours. Ended up hanging up. They don't seem too fussed about customer service once payment is made. Better off off waiting till the morning if it's not urgent. Recommend to others to avoid

Just a cash grab! – I called my emergency dr at 1:30am after Perth children’s hospital recommended I call them in the hopes to avoid going to the emergency room. I was put on hold for close to an hour waiting for the ONE dr on shift!. Paid $150 to be told there was nothing she could do for my daughter who had a glaringly obvious post viral bacterial throat infection that required antibiotics. I explained all of her symptoms in detail. She refused to give me a script.

I then took her to a local dr when she was well enough to go in person, the dr took one look at her throat and said yep she needs antibiotics.

Do better my emergency dr! Use those beautiful brains that spent years in medical school to logically and efficiently prescribe the most likely course of action. Telehealth means reading between the lines as you don’t have the ability to see the patient in person!

Don’t recommend at all.

Money making scam! – Called for a consult with a GP and they said I have to pay $180! Once said that is too much for us, they just hung up.
