False Advertising – Purchased metal chopsticks (website said metal in the section “material”) and they are plastic. $30 for plastic!! I would not have bought.

They offered a return but I do not trust this company to give me my money back if I sent them. Scammers will scam!

Products are from China not Japan – I checked the shipment status of the items ordered, and no one is from JAPAN!! All of them are from CHINA!!! The website should be called “MY CHINESE HOME” this is a misleading website. I don’t want Chinese products, I would wish to buy Japanese products. This is Outrageous.

Another victim of cunning business! Do not buy from them – I bought 4 Japanese chairs from My Japanese Home thinking that it is genuinely from Japan, but when it got shipped, origin was Shanghai. The comments you read on Trustpilot or other reviews are true, don’t believe their excuses. They mark up their products 2 or 3 times, in my case for the same lot of chairs from Aliexpress $176.72 free shipping,… Read more

they sell it for $640. In addition one of the chair arrived damaged, I asked for partial refund because they make you pay for return shipping. Did not get a reply. All their inventory could be sourced from Aliexpress or they just buy it from them and forward it to you. That is why it took so long for items to arrive because of double delivery, in my case it took more than 8 weeks. So don’t buy from this store. Another unhappy customer. Worst online shopping experience ever. No buyer protection. Hope people will read the reviews before they become the next victim!
