See their other Google reviews. They tried to explain what's going on with their company and to contact their 1300 number. I was personally offered to contact their COO directly and I've been ghosted. What's 1300 customer service can do if a COO can't do anything?

Dishonest company who import and sell substandard buildings that are not fit for purpose. Substandard steel is used that is not primed and rusts within months, walls and windows leak, holes rot in the flooring. care less about helping but were more than happy to offer an $80,000 trailer to get around it but couldn’t help any other way. When the ground finally dried up & we got it to the property it was received really damaged like there is so much damage & missing pieces like even one of the winches that we were told to purchase snapped & they couldn’t careless pointing the finger at wherever they could so they don’t have to take the responsibility, the crane yard wrote on the delivery paper that it was received with damage & the paperwork went back to them but magically they can’t find it at all & with damages you have to let them know of any damages within 24hrs when we couldn’t do that & we didn’t get sent anything about the warranty process until 2-3months later. These people are nothing but a sham & are only interested in taking your money & the customer service is disgraceful & don’t reply to people saying that’s not how you operate cause this you only say that on these reviews so you don’t look like the lying & unprofessional people that we have bought from. This company is completely disgusting, dishonest & unprofessional for the money you spend no matter what it is like we spent $70,000 - $80,000 & we got treated like that, they don’t care about their customers at all

BIGGEST REGRET – We purchased a cottage off MLH back in February. It arrived damaged (despite MLH claiming that they do their own Q&A process before it leaves their warehouse). with a hole in the bathroom wall, damaged bathroom cupboard etc. etc. It is now the 31st of October and no-one has been back to repair our home. We have been blatantly ignored on multiple occasions. We are so disappointed! Our excitement turned into despair real quick. We have now engaged a solicitor and I truly wish that we never ever went through My Little House. The stress it has caused our family, is not worth it and their customer service has been appalling.

Save your money and go somewhere else otherwise you will regret it - as we have.
