impossible to get in contact with the finance consultant you dealt with. They do not explain the process of weekly contributions properly nor is it documented in the information they provide you. The interest during construction was grossly miscalculated and they wont take responsibility for their mistakes.

Worst, stressful experience ever – Would not recommend to my worst enemy! Whilst the knowledge of the staff was good, the end process to actually try to finalise a house for the agreed value was horrible.
