Disgraceful – I placed an order using my credit card on the 15/10/22 but Six weeks later no item arrived, rang the 1300 number only to be told what’s your ph number and we will get back to you, they never did, then I rang again much later on and I got a person who asked my ph number and would get back to me, well they did get back to me with a poor email reply saying a delay, I wrote a email back asking about the delay and when will I expect my order, no reply, I have asked for a refund by email and no reply, they have processed my credit card and taken the money and won’t reply to my emails, stay away from this un- scrupulous business.

Proceed with caution – I placed an order. My credit card was charged, however I did not receive any confirmation email. Waited three weeks but did not receive my products. Tried calling multiple times but no response. Tried sending email via their Contact Us but no response. I found another review on Facebook where someone else had the same issue. I just wanted to submit this review to help others.
