Faulty product unrealistic return requirement – Faulty product, they wanted my 93yr mother to send a video of the light not working on the cane. I explained she lives in Canada, it cost me more to post it to her than the product itself. They expected a video and the item to be returned. Ridiculous given the value of the product. Would all be unnecessary if their product worked. AVOID AVOID AVOID using this company.
Awful – DO NOT BUY from this company. My product came crushed and they offered a 50% refund. Company is from China. Do not buy anything from them
Their refusal to pay for return postage for a faulty product reveals their doggyness – I received one of their products with missing parts and a U.S. plug. After much to and fro, they continue to refuse to take responsibility for their stuff-up and expect me to pay for returning the item! I have no certainty that this company will actually provide a full refund, even if I comply with their unreasonable request that I pay for postage. The item ended up being quite expensive for what I got (a useless gift I wanted to give to a family member), the discount looked impressive but I believe it was just a hook to get gullible people in! Avoid dealing with them at all costs! Life is too short for the hassle involved to get customer justice which they are not willing to provide, despite all the promises and apologies!
