First Light Mooloolaba. The hotel had no booking for us!!! Apparently cancelled by My Queensland back in June 2025. They took my final payment in August. After hours of back and forth contact between us, the hotel and My Queensland it was determined that there was no other option than to fly us home as there was no accommodation available, anywhere for the 12 days. I was sad but ok, accepted a full refund and we flew home. That was on the 24th October and today, the 6th November I am still waiting to receive the refund. My Queensland is part of Ignite Travel which is part of the Flight Centre Group. You took my money out on the days I transferred, shame on you for making me wait so long for a refund, and for not getting to the bottom of why this happened.

Just came home from a 4 night Surfers Paradise deal I bought from MyQLDHoliday and it all went off without a hitch! Great rates, good extras and inclusions to make the most of the Holiday and stretch the dollars further, which was much appreciated! We booked a 7 night getaway to Cairns for our wedding anniversary. My QLD holiday booking made our whole trip perfect. From the first phone call to the return flight home . started off well, but everything went down hill quickly, after asking for a bathtub for our room booked us a room without, hence then ringing them to check why and put on hold for total of over an hour , over 10 e mails , and waiting days for response, in the end had to pay extra $500 for room with bath, not impressed then numerous questions I… Read more

asked with no response, in the end contacted hotel direct who were extremely accomodating. got to airport to see they had not booked our extra legroom flights which we payed more for so alas had another $244 dollars out of pocket.

Seemed too good to be true, but wasn’t – Had a wonderful trip to Cairns with my mum organised by this company. Looking at the pricing at first, I thought it was too good to be true as I couldn’t do it cheaper myself. Everything was organised for us and was perfect. The hotel was amazing and all of the extras run smoothly and were also fantastic. I would definitely use this service again to book any holidays. Show details

lack of attention to changed courtesy bus times – Jetstar flight times altered. Myqueensland notified and new pick up time arranged with courtesy bus for trip to airport changed from 7.20am to 5.05pm. This change not notified to courtesy bus company and bus arrived @8am. MyQld again confirmedthat the new pick up time was 5.05pm. Bus didnt arrive @5.05pm.. Company no record of notification of… Read more

changed time. Reef House arranged for alternative transfer at approx5.30pm after no satisfaction from QLD. Arrived Jetstar as shutting down. 5 minutes later and would have missed flight. Tele conversations with MyQld left me with no confidence of proper action being taken.

The worst booking agency I have ever used! Amateurs, hopeless! – My-FN-Queensland, OMG! Do not use them. The worst booking agency I have ever used! Absolutely hopeless, no service at all and all bookings were wrong. Total amateurs. I was on hold for 4.5 hours over 3 days and had to speak to 5 different people and still no service. I had to ring the airline myself to confirm flights and fix baggage allowances,… Read more

also had to ring the transfer company to correct all of our transfer times and the tour companies to ensure I was booked and the correct pickup times. They do not care at all. If it sounds cheap, it is, because you get NO service, and incorrect bookings!!! Our evening flights home were cancelled, so they booked us on a 7am morning flight, instead of the 3pm afternoon flight. We lost a day of our holiday, lunch and resort use!!! If you want stress call them. If you want a relaxing holiday, use someone else and pay a little extra. (Seems they are run by Flight Center, as that's who answered the phone on one occasion.) Terrible phone service! – This company has great deals and on sales they are great - answer quickly and book very competitive deals. What went wrong is I got COVID and my mums cancer got worse so her bucket list holiday rapidly changed! I was on hold to the relevant department for 5 hours the first day and now today still on hold after 2 hours. They also said not much chance of a refund. Still no resolution -
