you do finally get a response they say sagging is normal but if we want to change the firmness rating then we need to pay extra.

Avoid, avoid. $5k mattress which was comfortable for 18 months!! – Firstly, this was the most comfortable mattress I’d ever slept on. measure is within tolerance for sagging. Our old mattress after 15 years was more comfortable than this mattress after 18 months. I wish we had seen other reviews prior to spending so much money, and I hope this review helps others avoid what has turned into an awful, uncomfortable nights sleep. At this stage we’re looking at turning it over and fitting a mattress topper in an attempt to make it somewhat comfortable.

Poor quality waste of money – After the in store analysis purchased a blue/red super king. Within 2 years the firm side was sagging significantly and have had years of poor sleep ever since. however have been told recently it’s recommend to rotate it. Attempted to follow through with a warranty claim however it seems impossible to photograph a sagging mattress which is underneath a layer of cushioning.

Love this bed – Purchased the bed and it is the best thing I have ever slept on! I am pregnant so sleeping can be uncomfortable but I haven’t had an issue with this bed, my husband loves his side of the bed too! Show details

What a waste of money – Not comfortable. Lots of hip/back and neck issues now so throwing mattress out and buying something completely different. Having really bad nights sleep. Has a hump in the middle and feels like springs are digging in. They is no softness left. The top was replaced a year and half ago. Same sagging happened again. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!!!!! DO NOT BUY – Every complaint on this page is true! I've had mine for a few months now and there is a definite ridge in the middle. Shoulder and back pain is constant and two huge dips on each side. I have had to place memory foam into top but its not helping. I'm now desperate. I'm contacting Consumer Affairs today!
