My Size Clothing

I'm not sure what's happened to My Size clothing. They used to be quality & have stores all over. I purchased a full priced item online that was really out of my price range but looked great. Positives: Was dispatched within the hour (unheard of!) & arrived the next day. Negatives: The garment was NOT to the measurements stated online. Couldn't even get it over my head. At this point I read other customer reviews (I know, should've done it the other way around) Positives: Rang customer service & was greeted by a lovely woman who assured me to return for refund (as was full price & labels still on) I wasn't hopeful but did... and got a return no issue. Overall experience: Clothing: terrible. Service: was great. That's what the stars are for.

Buy at your own risk – I bought a shirt for work, when it arrived it was so ill fitting, it exposed my breasts past my nipples. I returned it and after inquiring was told their response time was two weeks. They finally sent me a credit note for the amount and told me I had six weeks to buy something else. The original delivery price was S11, the return cost $9. Now they expected me to pay another $11 for something I did not want and which would most likely also be of bad quality.

I contacted Paypal to dispute the payment and lost, I then contacted the Dept Of Consumer Affairs in Melbourne but you need to file a dispute within six weeks and the time had elapsed.

I recommend that you do not buy from this company.

Give this store a miss – It never occurred to me I couldn’t get a refund the next day on an unworn full price item. This store has that rare policy stated on a sign behind the counter where you won’t notice it. I’ve been in 4 times to try to find something to spend my credit note on but there’s nothing I like. Customer service manager was no help as she states, the return policy is written on the receipt. Never mind you don’t see that until you have already paid. Very outdated policies and clothing.

Poor quality clothes, Poor service attitude, Very disappointed – Purchased a shirt online which when it arrived was made out of a dreadful scratchy nylon / polyester and the fit was poor - it was big in the shoulders and small in the hips - very odd for a clothing supplier for larger women. Returned it and could not get a refund - how surprising !! I got a credit note. Spent ages looking thru their website and really struggled to find anything that did not look cheap and nasty but eventually found a shirt. Upon processing the transaction I immediately realised I hadn't used the credit note! I immediately emailed customer service gave them all the details and was told pretty much too bad we cant help you. I expect now I will be stuck with another nasty item and a credit still to spend on a cheap and nasty item that probably wont fit and will be made of horrible polyester fabric. Its been an expensive exercise to discover a brand that I wont be returning to. Be warned larger size ladies these clothes wont make you feel good, just fat, hot and itchy.
