Worst Airbnb Ever – I couldn't check in one room til 4:40 pm check is was at 3pm i was talking to the Airbnb support while waiting on ladies to finish cleaning they continued to apologize the internet did not work only the unsecured worked. After he came over to fix it it began to work but it drops in less than a min let alone [Name Removed] the son of the host hung up on me when i was asking him about the internet he was rude and his customer service was horrible. And to lie about our check in is completely fabricated. He knows we did not check in at 330pm we checked in at 4:40pm in one apt ,checked the recorded line the first Airbnb support i was talking to. The call was recorded and i made sure he noted that we were just getting into the room at 4:40pm because they had to still clean the room downstairs and we didn't get into that room. Until almost 6:00pm. The rooms were still dirty after the cleaning ladies were done cleaning, the carpet was dirty the shower curtain had a brown stain on it the ironing board was just filthy. I was only able to see 7 reviews that gave it a 4.7 star how ever if i had saw all the reviews that were 1 star i would have never rented that property. They had the same problems, Airbnb failed me, this was the worst experience I had ever had with Airbnb and i had a friend with me who stated she would never rent from Airbnb. We should ha e went to the Marriott or something similar.
