Is a scam. I paid 0.79€ for this company to get me my boarding pass, which they were unable to do. They then sent me a refund for this incomplete service. This is the scam, you think you’re done, then a couple of days later you get hit with a 79€ subscription fee withdrawal from your account which I did not consent to, nor know about. what we had already paid to check in online. Several weeks of dealing with their customer service team has been incredibly frustrating. Despite me having explained the predicament in writing, and supplied all supporting documents and receipts, the smooth-brained staff have not once acknowledged the situation, they have only ever responded to me assuming I am complaining about the subscription fee and at best have offered a 50% refund of this fee (i have never complained about that fee, or requested a refund of that fee. The subscription fee is less than what I paid as a result of this company's failure to provide boarding passes, so I cannot accept this poor excuse for Customer service's offer). Even more frustratingly, I have responded to each of these emails, re-explaining the predicament and asking them to address my situation. Their responses have been copy/pasted templates of the original response, at best changing a few words. These people have no interest in comprehending their failures, let alone making amends. Avoid at all costs!!

It’s a scam – Scam! They subscribe you to a monthly fee (80 eur per three months) when you purchase through them

Nothing but a scam – I have just been caught with this website. I will be in Canada for 3 days before heading to USA. Needed my eTA, thought I was on the correct website. When entering my information it stated that it would be $31. Imagine my surprise when I was charged US$123. They say there is no subscription and no hidden costs. Literally theft – I tried to purchase ETAs last year for a trip to Canada. My fault for not reading the site more thoroughly. My complaint comes from after I realised I had signed up to a subscription service, I wrote to them to cancel my subscription, they replied with a confirmation. However, since then I've still been bililed $122 TWICE. They are literally taking my money even though I don't have an account. This is theft!

Buyer beware – This business sells ETA. A necessity document to enter Canada. I purchased for a recent holiday to Canada. buyers also. Beware they are not Canadian Gov , even though they lure you in with the sale of a necessary document. Disgusting practice and gives online purchasing a bitter experience. Beware if you are travelling to Canada and need ETA…. Don’t use this business
