SCAMMERS – SCAMMERS. I wish i read the other reviews prior to ordering. Been three weeks and nothing. Sent them and email and they advised its 7 business days. Well I've been waiting a lot longer than that now at least triple the time and they don't care. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT USE THEM. Very Poor service and not in Australia – Firstly they are not in Australia. Secondly its now been over 2 weeks and I still havent received my dog tags and they are not replying to my emails. This is a terrible company to deal with. DO NOT USE THEM.
Great price for decent product – For the price the tags are good and decent for their purpose. After reading these reviews I contacted them regarding my order. that's due to it being sent from Switzerland. The packaging was cute.
The tags are light-weight and not flimsy feeling. The engraving appears to be surface laser engraving. The free rings provided are smaller than a 5 cent coin. I had some keyrings spare and used those instead to attach to my dogs' collars.

Petbarn etc, but a lot cheaper. I ordered 5 tags and a few clips. All received as ordered. This is not a scam
Not happy still waiting for my order – I'm still waiting for my order I placed. It's now 3 weeks. I got an order number but no tracking number. They keep telling me it's getting delivered but nothing to date! And they say it's been sent!!!! I think this is a scam I just want my money back.

Who knows where they are located. Did some online research and many people have had the same experience and saying this is a scam. I'm reporting them to the authorities for fraud and theft.
