I ordered 2 e-bikes from this company recently and am unable to get any response as to when the bikes will ship. No one answers phone calls or respond to emails. I believe this “Company” is running a scam. Do not throw your money away by dealing with them. Absolutely the worst online experience I’ve ever had.
Dodgy.... Just like other reviews. Called them about an item. They said they had in stock. Ordered it. Then they said they didnt have it. refund cancelled at pay pal. No communications. no call back. BEWARE.
I ordered an electric bike over a week ago and MyeBike texted me to tell me the bike was out of stock and recommended another bike. I requested a refund and declined the other bike. waiting to hear whether I will get a refund for the bike I never received, that never existed, despite it being advertised. I have now raised a dispute with PayPal and will be contacting Fair Trade tomorrow. I have advised them of this - but still no response! Buyers beware - useless customer service. How ridiculous that I have to follow up a refund for something I never received and was never in stock. TERRIBLE Interestingly there is another reviewer who had the exact experience as me below -phony refund! This company appears to be scamming people out of their money for non existent bikes. BEWARE!!
They cant even be bothered to contact you back regarding a a sale so you've no chance of a reply if you need warranty help!
Easily the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I ordered an ebike that was promised to be shipped on the 31st Mar, and after multiple excuses and promised dates that never eventuated, eventually I got my bike a month and a half late! but I know that he has still not delivered other peoples bikes who ordered at the same time or issued refunds for bikes that are not able to be delivered.
I know this because [Name Removed] sent the original shipping update to over 25 customers without hiding the email addresses, so we were able to check with each other as to the progress (Or lack there of!) of our orders.
To make matters worse, after I received my bike, they accidentally sent me a second one that I didn't order! I did the right thing and contacted them to come and collect it, which they did after nearly 2 weeks!
The day after it was collected I then received a phone call from the ACTUAL CUSTOMER that the bike was meant for to check where it was!
THEY HAD GIVEN MY PERSONAL CONTACT DETAILS TO ONE OF THEIR ANGRY CUSTOMERS THAT WAS MISSING A BIKE!!!
Unbelievably bad customer service and extremely unprofessional conduct, with absolutely no understanding or regard for customers private information.
AVOID DEALING WITH MYEBIKE OR [Name Removed] AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!
Took my money and wasted my time – Watch out for these guys, ordered a bike online which was showing to be in stock, then they told me that they did not have any in stock, offered another model at a higher price range. which the seller accepted, but after waiting a few days the fund was not released, then the refund failed. I contacted Paypal who then offered buyers protection for me and refunded me the full amount in my favour, thankfully.
Later I checked their website and the same bike returned to show in stock, so I asked them if it was indeed in stock they said no.
Near death experience – Very poor service. Charged $300 for a wheel I had been quoted $250.00 for then refused to order it till I paid up front. The wheel turned out to have the wrong size brake rotor. Lucky I'm not dead. Show details
Product knowledge and patience – We had a very specific idea for the ebike we were looking for - but did not have any success from other retailers. We also thought we had done all the product research there was. However, in addition to producing the e-bikes we wanted to know more about - Antonio of MyeBike came up with a model that we had not thought of. Too lazy to honour warranty – I get the feeling these people are too lazy to do the paperwork for a warranty claim. I got them to install a kick stand when I purchased my eBike off them. the manufacturer or importer to make the warranty claim myself. Their Tax Invoices are vague and don't include the Brand and Model number.
Perfect shop for bikes – I am very happy with service received at My-ebike. Took my bike to change tyre and have a service. Price was good, better then other 3 shops I went before, service was perfect, and the lady in the desk was very helpful and friendly. Extremely happy – I'm new to the electric bike world so I was hesitating to make my first purchase I had walked past My eBike before and the staff seemed so friendly I finally walked in to have a look and I’m so happy I did! Staff went above and beyond to show me the differences between bikes, how to use it properly and how to look after the equipment. They were helpful, kind and not pushy at all. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! A++ – I purchased an ebike from their website for my son and I accidently purchased the wrong size and colour. When I rang them they were able to assist me and get the issue sorted. I received the bike and it's amazing. They even provided the 1st service with free labour, which I have already used. Worst Customer Service Ever ! – Stay clear of using their website for any purchase , I ordered a spare part for my bike, on the 24th of February, the part never arrived , when I called the company after a month, I was advised , it’s been shipped and a tracking link was sent to me . I called them again , I was then told that they sent me wrong tracking link and to contact brisbane store .( Note: i was invoiced by Sydney Store for this purchase) I then called brisbane store , they apologised and said they will cancel the order and provide refund . It’s been 2 and half months now , still not received refund as of today, the 6th of April. The payment i paid in full through Afterpay, when i contacted Afterpay , I was told they haven’t received refund confirmation from Myebike.
Very poor customer service from Myebike, my purchase was only for $27, the part never arrived and no refund provided , it’s been 2 1/2 months now .

AMAZING PRODUCTS AND SERVICES – I bought the Hunter Scooter for my boyfriend and the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Stay away from this store – Store said they can install new hydraulics brakes Went out and found out the brakes was not working properly and could have killed me. Rang the store but they thought i was messing around with them. Certified it with another bike store to check what was happening and if its normal? hydraulics brakes when this should have been a basic routine all bike mechanic should know.
They even insisted that it was service and tested and still did not believe me. Insisted i come to them and endanger myself with brakes that do not work.
Never own up what they did was wrong insisting they did everything correct.
I could have crash and killed myself with these faulty brakes.
No bike store should let you ride on your ebike and put yourself in danger.
Customer service They are very friendly to get your service but rude and hypocritical when something major goes wrong and making all sort of silly excuses.
